The photo seller has a setting in the gallery settings which uses the standard wordpress password protection feature.
Look for the field called “Gallery Password”.
You can set this on a per gallery basis. This will satisfy what you are trying to achieve.
I looked at your site and did some troubleshooting and testing.
The cause of the issue appears to be a plugin conflict. I have sent you an email asking you to find which one.
When you edit the receipt page and also the store page, do you see any shortcodes on these pages and if so what are they?
You have probably deleted the “receipt” page.
Go to the photo seller “Admin Functions” menu and click on the “Regenerate Default Pages” button.
When you click on a photo, the photo details page appears but is blank.
I don’t see any issues. The photo details page works fine when I click on the thumbnail. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Hi Alex,
The way template 5 works is that it sets the height of the thumbnails to 175px and then automatically calculates the width of the image proportional to the height based on whether the image is originally portrait or landscape.
Are all of your images consistently of the same width/height?
If not, you won’t be able to achieve what you want with this template.
Can you send me a link to your gallery which uses template 5?
We don’t currently have templates using 300×300 and there isn’t an easy way to achieve that. We would have to do a custom job and write code to create a new template. Which one of the existing gallery templates were you wanting to enlarge to 300px?
I do not see EXIF on the photo details page.
That’s because that particular checkbox/feature only deals with the IPTC data.
For EXIF data the plugin uses the data extracted by wordpress when the image was uploaded. For example, if you have exif parameters such as title, caption, image description, the photo seller will use those when displaying the image in its various forms such as photo details page or in the html code for the image thumbs.
The aperture/shutter speed etc data is there in the DB but is currently not being used by the plugin.
Have you checked your server error log file? You may be running out of memory.
What type of server is your site hosted on – shared, VPS, dedicated, other?
Keep in mind, that with the high resolution and large photos you are dealing with, a shared server isn’t going to be enough to handle the processing.
Also, what happens when you set the gallery template to “template 1”?
