Receipt link in customer order on back end and customer email does not display

After conducting several sandbox tests clicking on customer purchase order receipt link does not produce a receipt. It only displays a blank store page with the link: Visit our photo gallery to purchase.

Recently, had a customer purchase several items and pay via Paypal. On the back end when I view the customer order and click the “View Receipt Online” it take me to the same blank store page with just the link: Visit our photo gallery to purchase.

The plugin generates the unique URL:

however, in both situations I can not see a receipt.

You have probably deleted the “receipt” page.

Go to the photo seller “Admin Functions” menu and click on the “Regenerate Default Pages” button.

I have not however, I still Regenerated Default Pages to see if that would fix the issue and it has not. I have also emptied all cache from my wordpress and browsers.

When you edit the receipt page and also the store page, do you see any shortcodes on these pages and if so what are they?

I looked at your site and did some troubleshooting and testing.

The cause of the issue appears to be a plugin conflict. I have sent you an email asking you to find which one.

Peter thanks for your assistance. I did locate the plugin causing the receipt page to not display correctly. The plugin is “Image Store” URL: [www.xparkmedia.com/plugins/image-store/]

The only feature that I needed from the plugin was the gallery login screen where I could have a client enter their Gallery ID and password to access their photos.

Is this a feature that perhaps is possible to be implemented in Photo Seller as an option contrast to a page showing all the galleries.

The photo seller has a setting in the gallery settings which uses the standard wordpress password protection feature.

Look for the field called “Gallery Password”.

You can set this on a per gallery basis. This will satisfy what you are trying to achieve.

Thank you but, I am already aware of being able to password protect galleries.

What I am looking for is one screen where I can direct my clients to where they would enter their Gallery ID and password and the form would take them directly to the respective gallery.
