There are two things that are not working properly with Multi-Currency Addon.
First of all. In the stats eStore registers all sales as Dollars. This obviously messes up the stats. So instead of registering 1000 SEK it ads 1000 USD in the stats.
The second thing is that the amount is also stated in US Dollars in the “buyer email”
So if a buyer pays 30 GBP, in the email it states 30 USD. The problem is that the buyer could complain by stating we overcharged him/her.

Can you let us know what shortcode are you currently using?
Can you also share your URL so that we can investigate further.
Kind regards
February 13, 2014 at 10:04 pm #60853jackazoidMemberThe short code I’m using is irrelevant. [eStore_multi_currency_widget code=”GBP,USD,AUD,CAD”]
The url is also irrelevant because its not about customer experience. I was referring to the stats.
WP estore is only accurate when working with one currency.
I have 5 currencies on Paypal (maybe that’s the problem because I maintain the currencies and not convert them to US Dollars)
When we have a sale WP Estore only sees Dollars. It does not look at the Paypal API.
When Paypal says 20 GBP your script translates it to 20 USD.

February 13, 2014 at 10:41 pm #60854adminKeymasterThe multi currency addon doesn’t work with the stats. That addon was purely developed for some of our customers so they can allow their customers to pay in any currency they wish. Keeping stats for all different currency is a complex thing to handle and would require a lot of code to be added to the core plugin for little benefit. We keep estore lightweight. The following post will explain:
July 23, 2014 at 2:32 pm #60855kescardosoMemberHello, I have purchased and installed the multi-currency add-on, but it is not working. When a product is added to cart, and a new currency is selected on the multi currency widget: nothing happens, all prices are always in USD dollars. I don’t know if I am missing something… I would like to have some help please. Here is my shop page: [http://missnatureba.com/thebodyandspiritsummit2014/shop]
July 23, 2014 at 11:30 pm #60856adminKeymasterHi, I just did a test and it works fine for me. I tested with GBP and EUR. When I switch the currency, the values changed in the shopping cart also. Are you still seeing this issue?

July 24, 2014 at 2:52 am #60858mbrsolutionSpectatorHi @kescardoso, I have carried out another test on Firefox and it is also working on my end.
Kind regards
July 24, 2014 at 1:15 pm #60859kescardosoMemberThank you for your help. I understood what was happening (I think it was something with that w3 cache thingie) and everything is working perfectly now. Your plugins are awesome, thank you!
