Hi. I am setting up my online shop. I have been using your video tutorials to get started. I started adding products like was shown in the video by starting a page named “products’. I would like my product page to use the word ‘shop’ instead of products. Example: my website is [www.surfyogamaui.com]. If I set up a new page and call it products, the url is [www.surfyogamaui.com/products/]. I want it to say ‘shop’ though. However, when I change the page name and update the url to be [www.surfyogamaui.com/shop/] and view the page, it opens up my home page with my images missing. I am not sure why it won’t just open up the page using the name with shop. Can I not do this? Does it have to say products? I appreciate your assistance. Thankyou!

You need to update the path with the following URL
[http://www.surfyogamaui.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Private-Surf-Lesson-341×173.jpg]
That will fix your issue.
Kind regards

I just want to start a new page called [www.surfyogamaui.com/shop] and for that to be the page that I put my product info and images. Shouldn’t a new page be added that is blank and I can add my info?

WP eStore >> Add/Edit Product >> Thumbnail Image URL?
April 10, 2014 at 5:16 am #62194adminKeymasterThis is an issue coming from your theme. I will try to show you how this issue is not related to the eStore plugin.
Temporarily deactivate the eStore plugin.
Now, create a WordPress page called “Shop”. Enter some test message in that page. View this page (the URL of this page should be something like: surfyogamaui.com/shop).
Do you see the page with the test message on it? I will bet you don’t. Contact your theme developer and ask him why. It is a basic wordpress functionality that you can create a page with whatever name and view it (however on your site that functionality is broken due to this theme).
