IvyMemberThe cart will clear out after the session expires this will all depend on the browser. This is usually a few hours but the time can vary. If the customer restarts their computer this will also clear the session.

IvyMemberHi, It looks like you may have forgot to do the deactivation and reactivation after updating the plugin, I believe the databases are out of sync. Doing a deactivation and reactivation should fix this issue. If it does not please let us know.
