Paypal says there's nothing in my cart when there is

The site is

I think it has something to do with the server/hoster

I can see that the maindomainzone is gameaudio.net without www.

But when I change WP’s General-Settings to without www it doesn’t work either.

In the DNS settings of the server I can see that there is an CName entry http://www.gameaudio.net.

Could this be the reason for my problem? What to do in that case?

If this helps I can send you an admin-login to the site or FTP-acces, just give me an adress where I can send it.

Thank you for the link. I did a quick test and found out that the PHP Session on your server is not working correctly (it’s not storing the values).

I finally got the attention of the right tech person at my web hosting service and they indeed reset the PHP session correctly. Thanks for hangin’ with me while this all got straightened out!

I have a paid verion of the estore and installed it with no issues on a development site for a client. They didn’t go with the same hosting company, as I recommended, and now the shopping cart is empty, according the PayPal, when you try to pay. I’m a bit in the middle here and I suspect session problems but if I browse away from the cart, the product stays. it is just going to PayPal. http://annereith.com/store/products-page/ is the store page. Someone at the hosting company says everything with sessions is fine, but clearly something is wrong. It works just fine on http://annereithdev.com/store/products-page/

In the WordPress settings both the WordPress URL and site URL are http://annereith.com, but the WordPress URL is grayed out. I don’t know if this is installed in an MU implementation or not.

I can provide password.
