The texts come from the language file. You can customize it:

I have plans to work something out but the issue is that AWeber does not have a secure HTTP POST option to notify the plugin after an opt-in confirmation. The only option it has at the moment is HTTP GET.

Sorry, WP eStore does not have an option to allow your users to purchase in any currency they prefer (the currency of the store is set by the site admin). yes, the simple shopping cart does have a community version that has multi currency option (this version is not official though).
Yes, you use the list name (example: DVD). No need to put quotes around your list name.
Since you are 100% sure that you have a few lists in your account then the above error can only happen if the API credentials are wrong. I will send you an email to get site access so I can do some further investigation.

There is really nothing much to it.. given that you have done the setup correctly this can only be caused when your server’s PHP Session and Cookies are not working correctly. I see so many hosting companies selling hosting account with half working PHP setup which causes PHP Session to not retain the values stored there. Please post a link to your product page and I will do some investigation.
I just added a feature that allows you to not give a commission out for a transaction where coupon code is used. Maybe you can use this feature? Please get a new build of eStore from here:

Then go to “WP eStore Settings” -> “AddOn Settings” and check the “Do Not Award Commission if Coupon Used” field.
When you use eMember to protect your content the RSS feed of that content will be protected the same way. So just because you can access the feed doesn’t mean you can actually see the content of the protected posts. I have sent you an email to get site access so I can enable the feed and checkout what it is doing.

When you log into your site using a FTP software you will be able to browse to the “plugins” directory and delete the folders that you don’t want.
I have reset your license key. In the future if you want to move your license key please deactivate the license key from this domain by going to the “Product License” menu.
Nope, eStore doesn’t have this ability. You can create “one time use” coupon but it won’t work as a per customer basis.
If you go to the “Manage Members” tab in eMember you can search a member by their “username” and/or “eamil address” (Look in the top right hand corner just above the member list table). Partial username or email address can also be used when you search (it will pull everything with that keyword).
Search for the following line in the “eStore_manual_gateway.php” file:
