Coupon limit set at infinity but error message saying redemption limit reached

I have the limit set at infinity and can see it but when I tires to make a test purchase after feedback from a buyer, it came up as limit reached. Do I need to change from the auto infinity sign to 999 for example? Thanks

You can use a high number (999 will work fine) or use the following in the “expiry date” field:
```
0000-00-00
```
