This post will explain how you can customize the “Username” text to say anything you want:
October 10, 2011 at 11:05 pm in reply to: Registration page does not contain registration form? #37409adminKeymasterIf you use the Exec PHP plugin then you don’t need to wrap it in the raw HTML plugin’s shortcode as the PHP function call will give you the HTML code necessary. Anyway, I will jump on your site and check a few more things out.
adminKeymasterI am changing this functionality in the plugin so if you specify the “Product Page URL” of a product then it will use that link in the shopping cart for that product. I will have this done by tomorrow.
adminKeymasterSent you an email to get site access so I can check this out.
Update: there was a slight issue with the mod_xsendfile configuration on the server. The hosting provider took care of it.
adminKeymasterThe reason I asked how big the file is because I wanted to verify that I can download the file just using the plain URL (not using eStore at all). I can’t even download the file by entering the URL in the browser… it downloads a file but its corrupted and only less than 1MB in size which means something else is wrong. Don’t even worry about eStore at this moment because eStore can only work if normal download of you file works in the first place.
So, do the following (we are not even going to use eStore at this stage):
1. Enter the following URL in the browser:
2. Download the file
3. Play the file.
Does it download a 464 MB file? In my case it doesn’t
Does a media player file play the file? In my case it doesn’t (the file is corrupted)
This test should help you see the issue I hope.
adminKeymasterThe following two posts should help:

October 9, 2011 at 11:37 pm in reply to: Extending Membership for free (?) with a coupon Code or … ? #37269adminKeymasterTry this and let me know if it helps:
adminKeymasterThe following URL doesn’t look valid to me. Have you tried downloading the file from there by just entering the URL in the address bar (without eStore)?
How big is this file?
adminKeymasterPlease do the following first:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s). The specific update instruction for the plugin in question can be accessed from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/plugin-installation-and-upgrade-instructions
What sort of hosting package do you have?
adminKeymasterYou can uncheck the “3rd Party Cart Integration” checkbox as this method of integration does not require it.
adminKeymasterChances are that the page where you inserted that following line isn’t running PHP so the cookie value is not getting added to the custom field. Read the section labeled “Important Note” and you will get the full details.
If you think that you did that already then post a link to the page where you have the payment button and I will check it out.

October 9, 2011 at 2:27 am in reply to: WP eStore Settings not saving – Goes to a blank page when saved #37205adminKeymasterOkay the version of the eStore plugin you had was an illegal copy of the plugin (we have a signature to identify if a copy is genuine or not). Read this post so you don’t have any vulnerability on your site
You had some bad characters in the “Random Code” field which was triggering the mod rewrite security of your site and preventing the page from being processed. I reset those settings and it is working fine now.

October 8, 2011 at 10:42 pm in reply to: Registration page does not contain registration form? #37402adminKeymasterThe issue does not seem to be shortcode related. It looks like the body of the page is not even getting shown. Can you do this test?
1. Create a new WordPress page and add some random text to the following (any text will do).
2. Now view this page, can you see the random text that you entered in this page?
I also sent you an email so you can send me details.
