Hi there,
I have installed the 2 plugins and all the pages have been created.
I have the join us page which then goes to join-us/registration that currently contains this code. [wp_eMember_registration]
If you go to that page there is nothing coming up on the page. http://thekayleygraceshow.com/blog/join-us/registration/
Please advise if it’s possible I have missed a step. I followed the video on emember setup twice and I’m sure I covered all the correct steps.
Any help is most appreciated.
Thank you. Kayley.
October 7, 2011 at 6:01 am #37399adminKeymasterI also used this code [wp_eMember_registration_form:end] and again nothing is coming up on the page. Thanks
October 8, 2011 at 12:54 am #37400adminKeymasterIt looks like as if that page is just not even getting rendered. Please do the following:
1. Create a new WordPress page and add the following shortcode to that page:
[wp_eMember_registration]
2. View the page and make sure that it is showing the content of this page.
3. Head to the “pages/forms settings” menu of eMember and specify the URL of the page (created in step 1) in the “Registration Page” field.
4. Update the settings of this page.
October 8, 2011 at 9:12 am #37401adminKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for the response, I have done that and it still isnt coming up on the page.
Any other ideas on why its not working?

If you email me at thekayleygraceshow@gmail.com i am happy to give you the details to log into my site and have a look to see why its not working,
October 8, 2011 at 10:42 pm #37402adminKeymasterThe issue does not seem to be shortcode related. It looks like the body of the page is not even getting shown. Can you do this test?
1. Create a new WordPress page and add some random text to the following (any text will do).
2. Now view this page, can you see the random text that you entered in this page?
I also sent you an email so you can send me details.
October 8, 2011 at 11:53 pm #37403adminKeymasterok I have done the page and yes I can see the text. I did a test page under the same parent name and it works fine. http://thekayleygraceshow.com/blog/join-us/testing-page/
I haven’t received the email. Would you mind resending it to kayleygraceis@gmail.com
Thanks.
October 9, 2011 at 2:33 am #37404adminKeymastersent you another email.
October 9, 2011 at 4:10 am #37405adminKeymasterGot it thanks, I have filled out the details.
October 10, 2011 at 5:17 am #37406adminKeymasterNot sure if you got my reply to the email. I followed the steps and yes when I change to a standard wordpress site the registration form is there.
The theme support is saying it’s the plugin. Can you suggest how I can fix this issue?
October 10, 2011 at 5:37 am #37407adminKeymasterI received your email and have replied to it. Thanks.
October 10, 2011 at 7:34 am #37408adminKeymasterI have added the raw html plugin and added [raw][wp_eMember_registration][/raw] to see if that would get the registration form working and it is now showing the code.
Is there a way to have the registration form without using the code?
I have also tried this code [raw]<?php echo print_eMember_registration_form(); ?>[/raw] to see if that would work and installed the Exec-PHP Plugin and that hasn’t worked either.
October 10, 2011 at 11:05 pm #37409adminKeymasterIf you use the Exec PHP plugin then you don’t need to wrap it in the raw HTML plugin’s shortcode as the PHP function call will give you the HTML code necessary. Anyway, I will jump on your site and check a few more things out.
October 12, 2011 at 1:02 am #37410adminKeymasterThe cause for the registration page to not work is because eMember Plugin is using the same reCAPTCHA library as the Karma theme’s Custom Contact Form. This might be a good read for you:

October 13, 2011 at 3:58 am #37411adminKeymasterGreat article thanks. I evidently have one of those wordpress themes with inbuilt plugins so some plugins will clash.
