Thank you. We haven’t been able to pin point the exact combination of server and plugin setup that cause this but 3 of our customers have experienced this so we added some enhancement around the “Auto Upgrade” logic which should resolve this.
Please do the following:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:

3. Update the plugin following the appropriate update instruction for the plugin in question:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/plugin-installation-and-upgrade-instructions
After the update manually set the membership level of the member to where they belong and and let me know if you observe this behavior again.
Adding another response from a user who was having the AWeber signup issue (maybe it will help someone else with troubleshooting):
I wanted to let you know that I figured out the aweber signups issue. After I set up the customer email parser in Aweber, I did not 1) add my listname@aweber.com to the notifications section of eStore and 2) I did not actually click the checkbox for the eStore custom email parser to active it on aweber’s customer parser screen. I did those 2 things and now it works perfectly.
What version of eMember are you using? Do you have the Multiple Membership level feature enabled? Are you using a WP Multi-site Install?
eStore itself doesn’t have PayPal payments pro but you can get this AddOn from us which will add PayPal Payments Pro (and many other gateway option) to WP eStore plugin:

You could do the following:
1. Use the following eStore shortcode that lets your customers get the items they purchased:

2. Now, simply protect the above shortcode with a eMember section protection shortcode like the following:
[emember_protected scope=verified_users_only]
Whatever content goes here is only viewable to anyone who is logged into eMember
[wp_eStore_download_link_sender]
[/emember_protected]This will make it to where only your members (doesn’t matter what membership level they belong to) can use that download link generation facility.

Since you just upgraded I would suggest you clear the browser cache and then check the manage members menu tab again. You completely deleted the older version of eMember before installing the new version right?
The other thing to check would be the date values. Can you please verify that when you manually added the commissions, the date values were entered in the “yyyy-mm-dd” format? Also, do the manually entered commission dates fall inside the date range that you are choosing for the commission payout report?
eStore can only do something if PayPal supports it. PayPal just doesn’t support payment data submission from a cloaked page. One workaround would be to use a “Buy Now” type button and tweak eStore so that the button opens a new window when clicked and submits the payment data in the new window.
WP eStore has the option to forward the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) that it receives from PayPal to any script you choose. Simply go to the following area and you will be able to set the URL of DAP’s IPN handling script:
