When I click on the Members menu item in the plugin menu in wp-admin, no members are listed.

My dashboard shows I have members in every category but the manage members screen doesn’t list any at all.

This only appears to have happened recently (v6.0.0)

I have a similar problem. I’ve updated my plugins to the latest version, no effect (still can’t see my members in the manage members window).

I’m using wordpress 3.2.1, WP eMember 7.2.6, WP Affiliate Platform 4.8.9 and WP eStore 6.0.5.

Since you just upgraded I would suggest you clear the browser cache and then check the manage members menu tab again. You completely deleted the older version of eMember before installing the new version right?

Yes I did, I completely deleted the older version of eMember before installing the latest version. No change. I’ve also tried what you suggested (clearing browser cache) and tried viewing the manage members menu tab using various browsers (IE, FF, Chrome) and they’re all the same: blank page.

This is happening due to a JavaScript coding error in a plugin called “WP Tune Up”. this link will lead you to that Javascript file :

    http://www.autoblogadsense.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-tune-up/assets/js/wp-tune-up-script.js

All JQuery code in WordPress must be running in no conflict mode to ensure that it doesn’t affect other plugins. To be honest with you the code in this file is very poorly written… deactivate this plugin then read the following post:
