Hello,
I am having challenges which may be related to the email parser but am not sure.
I have a product that is purchased through estore (simple paypal is used as cart through estore).
I have a list in aweber that all purchasers are to be sent to. I have had a dozen purchasers since I just opened the site in beta to do some testing. Non have been automatically added to my list.
Also, is there a way to turn off confirmed opt-in? You can when you use a form but because this is an auto add, I can’t seem to do that.
Here are my specs:
Trigger: From:[^n|.]+support@kidsinbusiness.com Match on Headers
Rule 1: n[>s]*Email:s+(.+?)n
Rule 2: n[>s]*Name:s+(.+?)n
I look forward to any help.
Thanks!
Few things to check.
1) What is the value in your “From Email Address” field of eStore?
2) Do you have the “Enable parser for all lists in this account” checkbox checked for this AWeber email parser that you created?
3) Check for typo in the AWeber list name (make sure it matches with the actual list name)
After you check the above do the test mentioned here and post the content of the log files here:
hello again and thank you. I didn’t have the all email lists checked and double checked everything else. I will let you know if there continue to be problems. I want to thank you for being so responsive and helpful.
Adding another response from a user who was having the AWeber signup issue (maybe it will help someone else with troubleshooting):
I wanted to let you know that I figured out the aweber signups issue. After I set up the customer email parser in Aweber, I did not 1) add my listname@aweber.com to the notifications section of eStore and 2) I did not actually click the checkbox for the eStore custom email parser to active it on aweber’s customer parser screen. I did those 2 things and now it works perfectly.
