1. What version of eStore do you have?
2. Post your site’s URL where you are using eStore.

You don’t have to deactivate “Contact Form 7” plugin as I know that plugin is good.
You can post the data after obfuscating the personal information. Alternatively, use the contact form on our site to contact us and we will email you.
Can you also deactivate the “Change WP Mail from Details” and “Tell a Friend” plugins then do a test. This way we will be able to see the difference.
Have you checked the “Enable After login Redirection” field from the general settings menu of the plugin to enable this feature?

If you don’t want to show the quantity field then simply uncheck that field and it won’t show that (it is unchecked by default). If you are referring to the quantity field in the shopping cart then you can uncheck the “Do Not Show Quantity in Shopping Cart” field in the settings to turn off the quantity field display in the shopping cart globally.
If you installed the plugin according to the upgrade instruction here then the folder name shouldn’t change:

I don’t see why you would need to custom code it. From your explanation I think all you need is just section protection feature of eMember:

You don’t need to directly go to the following URL (the plugin file). If you directly go there you will get an error because you are not suppose to access that URL:
This integration plugin will run just like any other WordPress plugin and award the commission when a sale is made via the eShop plugin.
There is no option to add bcc. BCC is for mass mailing whereas the PDF stamper only send the email to the customer who purchase the product (his details are stamped in the PDF file).
