ModeratorHi, could you just simply embed the YouTube video so I can take a look at what it’s doing?

ModeratorHi, I think your video needs to be fully downloaded before the player can actually play it.

ModeratorI don’t know where exactly you need to put the embed code in nextGen Gallery. But if you have an image embedded on a post/page you can attach the a attribute with it. For example:
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ErT5JGQYd4M" rel="wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto"><img src="http://www.example.com/anchor-image.jpg" /></a>Here, <img … /> could be your nextGen gallery embedded image.

ModeratorHi, Vimeo or YouTube video might work if you use the
rel="wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto"attribute but you will have to give it a try.Self hosted videos such as .mp4, .mov, .flv require more than just a rel attribute. So I don’t think it will be possible.

ModeratorHi, we can make it so the player will be replaced by an anchor image and once you click the image it will display the player (if autoplay is not enabled) or start playing the video (if autoplay is enabled). How does that sound?
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, I don’t think you need to modify the “lightbox_img_frame_fancy1” class for that. You can define your own CSS class and use it to style the shortcode anchor. Please take a look at the documentation (Option 2):

ModeratorHi, You can’t pass any code through shortcode but you can grab the HTML code for the Flowplayer shortcode after the the page is loaded. Simply right click on your mouse and select “view source”. It would be something like the following:
<div class="lightbox_ultimate_anchor lightbox_ultimate_text_anchor ">
<a href="#" class="wp_lightbox_fp_trigger" rel="#wplu4f763ea1e3250">Click here to open the video</a>
<div id="wplu4f763ea1e3250" class="lightbox_ultimate_fp_overlay" style="width:640px;">
<a class="player" href="http://www.example.com/test.mp4" style="display:block;width:640px;height:480px;"></a>
</div>
</div>Copy this code to your post/page editor (HTML view). You can now add whatever you want to (example – tracking code).
Let me know if it works.

ModeratorHi, try a deactivation and reactivation of the plugin to see if the message still shows up.
Could you post a link to the page where you are using this shortcode?
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, what shortcode are you using?

ModeratorI need to copy your exact shortcode so I can check it on my test site.
wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, It’s not supposed to open in fullscreen mode because you specified a width and height for it.
Many users were having difficulties with Lightbox Special shortcodes. So we won’t be supporting it anymore.
We have a shortcode to display inline HTML. So if your embedded SWF file works on a simple post/page you can try showing the whole div in lightbox. Please take a look at the shortcode reference guide for more information (Inline HTML Display in Overlay section):
