Hi, I believe the error is not limited to a specific page. If it’s coming from a plugin or theme it’s likely to be on every page. You can check for any error from your browser’s developer tools option. For example: if you are using –
a) Google Chrome or Safari
b) Firefox [Install the firebug addon. Now open firebug and switch to Console]
c) Internet Explorer 9 [press F12. Now switch to Console]
Hi, Are you trying to use width=50% height=50% for the anchor image [http://testachi.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/ClicktoPlay.jpg]? There is no shortcode parameter to do this way. If you use “width” or “height” parameter in the shortcode it will only apply to the overlay content (In this case it’s the video).
If you want to apply any HTML attribute to the anchor image you can do so by including a img_attributes parameter in the shortcode. Inside the
img_attributesparameter you can specify the width and height for the anchor image. I believe this will happen only when you use a lightbox ultimate prettyPhoto shortcode. You can’t remove the text because it’s not coming from lightbox ultimate plugin. Your theme is automatically doing the popup.
You shouldn’t be having issues with videos because there are several options in the plugin to play a media file. If you can tell me what type of video you want to pop up I can point you to the right documentation.
Yes, prettyPhoto is a lightbox library. But with lightbox ultimate you can pop up a specific image or video using a shortcode whereas in your theme probably it’s set that any image you click on your site will pop up with lightbox effect. This is why it’s going to conflict when you use a prettyPhoto lightbox ultimate shortcode.
We do have various options to play media files using other libraries. But you are using the “external page display” option. There is only one lightbox ultimate shortcode for that option.

Do you have any kind of restriction on your site that the page element can’t be modified? It occurred to me because when I used your shortcode I got a 404 error for your anchor image.I guess you have set it so It can only be used on your domain.
Hi, Lightbox Ultimate shortcodes are based on the WordPress shortcode guideline. So if you have a php script which is not running under WordPress you can’t expect the shortcode to work.
If your php script is running under WordPress you can easily execute a shortcode by passing it through the
do_shortcodefilter. Hi, You can’t have two plugins that are using “flowplayer.js”. It’s going to conflict with each other. You could manually comment out one to make sure that only a single copy of the “flowplayer.js” gets included. But I’m not sure if that will work for both plugins since Lightbox ultimate uses a different version “flowplayer.js”.
