I am using Version v8.9.5.
I have enabled the debug option.
Memberships are being automatically activated rather than pending.
Memberships are being listed as free rather than the one or two year subscriptions that should be the only options.

August 14, 2015 at 5:28 pm in reply to: eMember – member data vanishing, subscription dates changed #71021THayesMemberI am attempting to update the information on our members from exported backups (csv files) using WP eMembers User Bulk Import – 1.2. Whenever I attempt to upload new information, I get the following error / failure messages.
A popup window that says “from <domain URL> … No User Found” and then the eMember Bulk Importer page has a note which says, “filename.csv 0.5kB Failed”
How do I go about importing the correct data?

We started having little troubles with the plugin early on. I’ll try to describe the first issue we had. Under the Manage Members tab you have four links All (#) Active (#) Incomplete (#) and Pending (#) all include a number in between the brackets (#) that represent the number of members in each group. Well, our numbers disappeared in between the brackets. It now reads All () Active () Incomplete() Pending ().
I thought it such an insignificant problem that it wasn’t worth searching out an answer. However, I mention it now in case it triggers something for you. Perhaps others have had a similar problem and it is at the root of my other issues?
Thank you in advance for your time!

THayesMemberAfter a lot of fiddling and Googling, I figured out that the issue with getting sandbox to work was due to the fact the Paypal buttons I was using were created in Paypal – not the Paypal sandbox. When you are testing registrations in sandbox, you need to set up separate sandbox buttons

I’m adding this just in case someone else encounters that same issue. Hopefully they won’t have to spend a few days fighting their way through this as well.
THayesMemberIt worked! The slider is working perfectly on both sites now. Thank you!
