I’m using WordPress 4.2.3. WP eMembers v8.9.4
Member information (ie.mailing addresses) have vanished since last month and subscription dates have changed.
Our members (about 400) join at different times throughout the year and have been with our organization for different lengths of time.
When we first installed your plugin we manually added all our member’s information. In June we printed a member list with addresses, expiry dates, etc. All the information was there. This month the addresses have disappeared, the subscription dates have all changed, and almost all the members have the same expiry date.
Several members have emailed to say they can’t login or recover their password.
I’m at a lost to figure out why there are so many problems at once.

Perhaps your site is being hacked; as there is no programatic reason for this to be happening.
You should also ask your hosting provider if, they had to “roll back” your site’s MySQL database, for whatever reason. That might explain the missing data.
The following post is a good one to read so you can look at it systematically:

August 6, 2015 at 3:58 am #71019THayesMemberWe checked and the site has not been hacked.
We started having little troubles with the plugin early on. I’ll try to describe the first issue we had. Under the Manage Members tab you have four links All (#) Active (#) Incomplete (#) and Pending (#) all include a number in between the brackets (#) that represent the number of members in each group. Well, our numbers disappeared in between the brackets. It now reads All () Active () Incomplete() Pending ().
I thought it such an insignificant problem that it wasn’t worth searching out an answer. However, I mention it now in case it triggers something for you. Perhaps others have had a similar problem and it is at the root of my other issues?
Thank you in advance for your time!
August 7, 2015 at 12:58 am #71020adminKeymasterThe plugin can’t change those info on its own. Do you have the auto upgrade feature enabled by any chance? Because the auto upgrade feature will change the subscription start date depending on your setup.
Has your hosting provider restored your site from an old backup or something similar?

August 14, 2015 at 5:28 pm #71021THayesMemberI am attempting to update the information on our members from exported backups (csv files) using WP eMembers User Bulk Import – 1.2. Whenever I attempt to upload new information, I get the following error / failure messages.
A popup window that says “from <domain URL> … No User Found” and then the eMember Bulk Importer page has a note which says, “filename.csv 0.5kB Failed”
How do I go about importing the correct data?
