June 28, 2011 at 5:42 am in reply to: Change how commissions are calculated for WP-eCommerce plugin Integration #31499sparklogixMemberI appreciate your help with this. I haven’t been able to get to this section of the site until now, and I’ve looked in the file and found the function, but to be honest, I don’t know what to do with it.
You say to “add your code here” but I’m not sure exactly what to add. Is this something I need to get from WPEC? Unfortunately, I don’t have much luck on those forums, unlike here, where the developer actually responds
Thanks!
sparklogixMemberOk, got it. The email was in there but I didn’t have it in the same format as the other settings page. Thanks.
sparklogixMemberJust to clarify, I go to Settings in the Affiliate menu and click on Email Settings. The first box is where I should change that, right? Because that’s what I changed to the correct name and email address, nothing says WordPress or anything generic but it still has “WordPress” as the sender.
sparklogixMemberYes, the email comes from “WordPress” and the subject line is “New Affiliate Password”. Inside is an automatically generated new password.
sparklogixMemberI’m having trouble creating a new post, so I’m going to ask my question real quick in here, since it’s sort of related.
I went in to the Email Settings and changed them to what I want them to be, but when someone forgets their password and resets it, the email comes from “WordPress” even though it’s coming from the right email address. Where do I go to change that?

May 6, 2011 at 7:48 pm in reply to: Jquery problems on members_only.php (interfering with superfish) #32062sparklogixMemberOk, I did the update and edited the files to suit my theme design but I’m still getting the problems? The dropdowns just won’t hide.
sparklogixMemberSorry, it’s in the Add/Edit Affiliates area.
April 17, 2011 at 1:16 am in reply to: Counter so that 1000th member gets a free trial membership? #31348sparklogixMemberI talked with our clients today and suggested the same thing. I think it went over well so we don’t need to worry about it. Good to know in the future though if I have someone willing to pay you for your time to do it
April 16, 2011 at 6:29 pm in reply to: Counter so that 1000th member gets a free trial membership? #31346sparklogixMemberI’m not too advanced at php, is this something I would be able to handle, or is there documentation anywhere on how to do this? Thanks again. You’re always very helpful and I do appreciate your time.
April 16, 2011 at 2:43 am in reply to: Changing affiliate commissions depending on membership level with eMember? #30249sparklogixMemberNo problem, just checking
April 15, 2011 at 9:19 pm in reply to: Counter so that 1000th member gets a free trial membership? #31344sparklogixMemberOk, thanks. So is there a way to automatically set it so that when that member signs up, they don’t have to pay, or would it be a refund type of situation?
April 14, 2011 at 4:36 pm in reply to: Changing affiliate commissions depending on membership level with eMember? #30247sparklogixMemberJust wondering if you’ve gotten to the issue of creating commission rates based on the membership level yet? Or if you had done a bridging plugin yet, like you had mentioned. Thanks
