How to customize the signup email

When affiliates sign-up they receive a blank email, where can i change this ? (edit the content)

You customize the email details in the following area:

WP Affiliate Settings -> Email Settings

I’m having trouble creating a new post, so I’m going to ask my question real quick in here, since it’s sort of related.

I went in to the Email Settings and changed them to what I want them to be, but when someone forgets their password and resets it, the email comes from “WordPress” even though it’s coming from the right email address. Where do I go to change that?

This is when you use the forget password option for the affiliate plugin?

Yes, the email comes from “WordPress” and the subject line is “New Affiliate Password”. Inside is an automatically generated new password.

That means you have not specified the email address in the following format in your “Contact Email Address” field of the Affiliate platform settings:

Your Name <emailaddress@email.com>

Just to clarify, I go to Settings in the Affiliate menu and click on Email Settings. The first box is where I should change that, right? Because that’s what I changed to the correct name and email address, nothing says WordPress or anything generic but it still has “WordPress” as the sender.

No, you go to the settings menu of the affiliate plugin then look for the following field under the general settings:

Contact Email Address
