MemberHi again,
I checked out the code and actually the current behaviour is correct.
When you check “Send Buyer Email As HTML” it is meant to hide the “Buyer Email Body” section because the plugin will send a predefined tabularised HTML version of the buyer email. (similar to the receipt page)
This HTML layout cannot at this stage be modified but that may change in future.
If you leave the “Send Buyer Email As HTML” unchecked you will see the “Buyer Email Body” section which will be sent as plain text format.

MemberHi,
You can fix that by applying the following custom css.
.zoomContainer{
z-index: 9999;
}Peter
MemberThat must be something unique to your theme because I don’t know of any special sidebar menus created by the photo seller.
Can you provide a link to your page so I can see what you mean?

MemberOk.
So now that we know the cause of your issue can you please provide the following info:
1) what is the full content of the .htaccess file you just renamed in the uploads directory?
2) What version of Apache is your server running? (you may need to ask your host support for this)

MemberIs there a way to allow my client click and option for buying batch photos and I produce a cd which I can personally deliver?
I’m assuming you mean you want to do this for cases when someone buys the complete gallery – is that right?
Currently there isn’t a specific setting for your scenario but you can work around it.
One way is to configure a full gallery variation in the price list settings in the physical variation section.
Then on the front end we can easily hide the individual variations pricing table and only display the complete gallery pricing table which has the option to buy the whole gallery delivered via a physical CD.
Is this something which will work for you? If so, let me know and I will email you to help you set this up.

MemberHi sheardypants
That type of feature is not available at this time.
It may be something which will be added in future but it is not a trivial undertaking because of complexity reasons.

1) Using cpanel or FTP go to the following directory:

2) Once inside the directory specified in 1) rename the .htaccess file to temp.htaccess
