I’m experiencing this issue after updating the plugin; changing current product information doesn’t save and adding new products do not save to the database. I have tried the solution above – deactivate then reactivate the plugin – but this has not resolved the issue.
Any other suggestions?
mmucklowMemberHi Amin,
The files are up to 150M (video) zip’d.
When I modified the php.ini file on the server it was set at 64M, so I would guess that’s the providers setting. I upped it to 256M; that’s the point where the files successfully downloaded.
Thanks,
Michael
mmucklowMemberHi,
Yeah, in the meantime, after making my post, I learned it was a server issue. I modified the php.ini file and now the large files are downloading okay.
I would much rather know what the tweak is that Amin did to eStore though, because if the hosting company finds out what I did to the php.ini file they may switch it back and that would again stop the big file downloads.
Does Amin still have that tweak around?
Thanks,
Michael

I learned that my client didn’t attach a bank account to his PayPal account. DOH! This was causing the problem because the status was Unverified.
Thank you for the help!

I contacted PayPal and they replied that there isn’t a Review Payments option for an account. There’s a Payment Review but it’s on the merchant’s side.
The customer is getting the Pending Payment Received email, and so far the payment never clears and the product never gets sent.
So now what?
This site has to go live tomorrow but I will have to drop the eStore plugin if I can’t get it to work. That’s too bad.

mmucklowMemberWhat if I don’t have a Sandbox account? How is it that I’m receiving ‘Pending Payment Received’ email?
Thanks,
Michael
mmucklowMemberYay! That worked! Thanks Ivy.
Have _form at the end of the command is what I didn’t know.
