March 11, 2014 at 12:28 pm in reply to: Downloaded file size is 0 (Zero) byte or 404 error or Other file download error #20006LouisaMemberHi there,
I tried everything on the checklist and couldn’t figure out the solution. I didnt want an add to cart, or a squeeze form (since my clients were already subscribers from aweber)just a simple download now button which led to an error 404 page. Eventually I created buttons with your free button plugin and links to the downloads!

LouisaMemberHi there,
I dont seem to be able to find the place to post a separate thread. Only a reply to an existing one. I am trialing the lightbox ‘light’ version and i can’t see the thumbnail, only the play button – even though I’ve entered the correct shortcode (I think!):
[video_lightbox_vimeo5 video_id=88339548 width=400 height=225 auto_thumb=”1″]
Any clues as to what i am doing wrong? Thanks

LouisaMemberHi there,
Thanks for your reply. It was already 25 random characters. Anything else I can try?

LouisaMemberhello,
i have this same issue: Warning: Division by zero in /homepages/42/d440462939/htdocs/diaryofayoungstartup/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_classes.php on line 21
The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.
I have not altered anything in the digital download settings (they are still factory defaults). Thank you for your time,
Louisa
LouisaMemberHi,
I’m using Genesis Balance theme which has an email signup form on the right front header section. I would like to put the free registration form here instead (as otherwise they sign up to aweber straight off instead of emember >>> confirm to aweber), but can’t figure out how to configure the registration so that it requires a simple name and email (and looks pretty!). My free level is number 5. Can you point me in the right direction? thanks

March 1, 2013 at 3:45 pm in reply to: How to sell more than one track to download with one purchase #47366LouisaMemberHi
Thanks I have been able to change it. Just for your understanding, I am using a very simple process as follows:
1. Customer comes to sales page
2. Customer clicks on button to purchase product, goes to Clickbank
3. Approved payment redirects to thank you page on MY site where customer can download product.
Thats why the button cannot say add to cart, or anything else. But as I wanted to capture the email the squeeze form with modified text is perfect. Thanks
LouisaMemberHi,
I did the test (and this is the current status so you can check it). It still loads whilst (of course) the video posts don’t because of the category lockdown. I also did a check to make sure it wasnt the ‘format’ of the portfolio page that was conflicting and locked down the member login page. But it still loads. Thanks for the advice.

March 1, 2013 at 8:28 am in reply to: How to sell more than one track to download with one purchase #47364LouisaMemberThanks for your reply, it’s clear. However the squeeze page is designed for FREE downloads and mine are not free (the customer pays through clickbank). There’s no problem with this, per se, but then I need to edit the text sent out from the email – the header cannot say ‘free’ and the email content says – This product does not have any downloadable content (which is obviously untrue). SO how can I modify the email text? Thanks for your reply.
February 28, 2013 at 11:12 pm in reply to: How to sell more than one track to download with one purchase #47362LouisaMemberHi,
I entered a download now button with product ID 3, which is an amalgamation of product 1 & 2, but it only downloads product 1 (right now I have replaced the button with two separate buttons because I needed it to function). I have entered both numbers in the digital field. WHat could be causing this problem? Thanks/
LouisaMemberOK,
One of several pages I am trying to lockdown is the following ‘portfolio’ page for the membership resources(for the moment the video tutorials are locked down through a global category lockdown).
This same page is entered in the specific page lockdown field.
The version is v8.5.6
Many thanks,
LouisaMemberThat was the solution, thanks.
February 28, 2013 at 9:00 am in reply to: eMember – Monthly subscriptions in emember through Clickbank question #44337LouisaMemberHi,
I am unclear about the membership registration flow with clickbank. I only have one page – the pitch page – which proposes the membership (there’s only one).I dont want a join us or a join-us/registration page; or at least the registration page should only activate on clickbank payment. Can you confirm the following:
1. I can update the join-us URL in the page/form settings to the home page (pitch page)and this will have no knock on effect to any other functionality.
2. I can make my thank you page the registration page with appropriate short code and this will not have a knock on effect to any other functionality.
The flow should be:
1. home page >>>customer clicks buy now button gets redirected to clickbank.
2. payment processed through clickbank ‘talks to’ wp emember through the ipn/secret key and attributes online knowledge pro membership status
3. registration page accessed through thank you link
What I dont get with this, is that the registration is normally the prerequisite to the membership. Can you help clarify? Thanks
Louisa
LouisaMemberHi,
Sorry I need some further explanation. I have enabled the specific page lockdown on several pages but it’s not functioning the way I expected. I didnt expect the pages to load at all, but they do. I’ve check the radio enable specific page lockdown, entered the addresses separated by commas, and integrated the wp user feature. Is there a step I am missing somewhere? Thanks,
Louisa
LouisaMemberOk, I also waited a few hours and then it was resolved. weird!
