You really haven’t provided us with enough information about the problem for us to even begin to help you. All we can discern is that you “get a 404 error,” when you click your Download Now button.

– Did you try to manually create a download link; using the Admin Functions? What happened?

– Did you try to enable the eStore debugging, test, and then examine the download_manager_debug.log file? If you did that, please tell what happened and what you saw.

– What shortcode are you using to create the buttons?

– What version of the plugin are you using?

– Do you have a page where we can go and click on the button to see the behavior?
