I have just downloaded the plugin and it looks great.
I wish to allow people to buy the MP3 and then I need to be able to allow them access to download two separate tracks for the one price. Can you give any advice how I attach the link to two tracks and only charge them the one fee?
July 16, 2012 at 11:36 am #47360quadworksMemberHi Martin,
I think, you have to create 3 products
– 1 for the first track (e.g. ID 1)
– 1 for the second track (e.g. ID 2)
– 1 as a combined bundle (ID would be 1,2)
The 1,2 has to be inserted into “Digital Product URL” under “Digital Content Details (Click to Expand)”
This way, I bundled 4 of my Apps at [http://the-crying-eye.com/mac/]
Also, I can display the combined and reduced bundle prices. Great!
Best,
Jörg

February 28, 2013 at 11:12 pm #47362LouisaMemberHi,
I entered a download now button with product ID 3, which is an amalgamation of product 1 & 2, but it only downloads product 1 (right now I have replaced the button with two separate buttons because I needed it to function). I have entered both numbers in the digital field. WHat could be causing this problem? Thanks/
March 1, 2013 at 1:24 am #47363wzpModeratorThe “Download Now” button is supposed to instantly start the download process, for only one file.
If you are using a bundled product, you need to use a squeeze page form, so that the two sub product links can be e-mailed to the user.
Alternatively, you can put your 2 “Download Now” buttons on a seperate page and specify using an APRTP URI as the product URL of the button that represents the bundled product.

In summary:
* “Download Now” is meant for downloading one file per button.
* If multiple files are required, use a squeeze page form.
* Or do what you are doing now.
* Or put two “Download Now” buttons on their own page and link them using APR back to the original “Download Now” button.
March 1, 2013 at 8:28 am #47364LouisaMemberThanks for your reply, it’s clear. However the squeeze page is designed for FREE downloads and mine are not free (the customer pays through clickbank). There’s no problem with this, per se, but then I need to edit the text sent out from the email – the header cannot say ‘free’ and the email content says – This product does not have any downloadable content (which is obviously untrue). SO how can I modify the email text? Thanks for your reply.
March 1, 2013 at 2:55 pm #47365wzpModeratorIf you use the “Download Now” button, it is understood that the download is “free” to begin with. Perhaps I am misunderstanding your intent. Is the button on a page that users pay to have access to (membership level)?
Here is how to change the text messages in the squeeze page email and the plugin.
Alternatively, you can also use the APR process mentioned earlier.
March 1, 2013 at 3:45 pm #47366LouisaMemberHi
Thanks I have been able to change it. Just for your understanding, I am using a very simple process as follows:
1. Customer comes to sales page
2. Customer clicks on button to purchase product, goes to Clickbank
3. Approved payment redirects to thank you page on MY site where customer can download product.
Thats why the button cannot say add to cart, or anything else. But as I wanted to capture the email the squeeze form with modified text is perfect. Thanks
