I am currently going through a re-design of the business model for my site, which will involve removing the subscriptions of my current paid members.
Is there a way for me to remove the automatic paypal renewal without each member needing to remove it themselves?
Apologies in advance if this has already been posted … I was unable to find this particular issue when searchimg the forum.
BizOfLifeMemberHi, Still getting Comments not allowed error. WP eMember upgraded WP eMember Version v8.0.7 but still same result Please help.
BizOfLifeMemberIs there a way to process refunds that are over 60 days old?
I would like to provide a 365 day money back guarantee, and was hoping that it was possible to structure this without processing each transaction manually.
Can the settings in paypal be changed to accommodate a longer refund period?
Thanks

Basically asking if I can direct the mailchimp autoresponder to a ‘group’ for each product that feeds into a master ‘customers’ list.

(i.e. can I load to both a general customers list and a list that is specific to a particular product or category?
BizOfLifeMemberJust found and replaced the ID with the product ID. Now it works.
BizOfLifeMemberOK … I made a product in the eStore for $0.00 on a members-only page so that people only have to pay once. However, I get a database error when I am attempting to test the download.
Is this a server bandwidth issue, or is there something else I should check?
Many Thanks
