Are you talking about the form that is shown when you use the “Free Members Must Confirm Email Address” feature?
Just to clarify, here is how it works:
IF member account state equals ‘unsubscribed’ AND expiry date is equal to or before the current date THEN change account state TO ‘inactive’
otherwise
IF account state equals ‘unsubscribed’ AND expiry date has not yet occurred THEN leave account state unchanged as ‘unsubscribed’
For me it doesn’t show up at all when I have a few plugins active (no gateway bundle). It looks like the new editor has a little bug there. I will wait for WordPress to apply some fixes there (the new editor has a some bugs that they are working on fixing).
This is a little strange. What happens if you add a brand new image that you have never used in that gallery (just for test). Does that image get processed? I am just trying to determine if those image in particular has some kind of an issue with them.
I can’t see how it is related to the gateway bundle addon. I have done a test on a site without the gateway bundle addon and I don’t see any difference in the “Page Attributes” section of the page. Is there another plugin maybe? Can you show me a screenshot (showing the section in question) of what you see without the addon?
The change you made should be fine. Let the full cronjob run then check the cronjob log file so we can see what it is doing.
Please edit the gallery from the admin side. Delete those 3 or so pictures that didn’t get processed correctly and save the gallery. Now, re-upload those images to the gallery and save it. Does it work after that?
yes, it is only suppose to do the auto upgrade if the account status is “active” or “unsubscribed”. The expired user’s account shouldn’t be auto-upgrade. They can’t view the content anyway so even if it does, there is no issue. However, there is a check that should prevent expired account from looked at (when the auto-upgrade daily cronjob is executed).
Can you please enable the debug option in the plugin to see if the auto upgrade process is the one doing this (and not any other customization). Have you done any customization?
