Can somebody tell me how (or where) I can make a shopping cart (the empty one) like on the website here ?

That one uses an image fro the empty shopping cart. You can specify an empty cart image in the following settings field of WP eStore (that image will get shown when the cart is empty):
Text or Image to Show When the Cart is EmptyAlso, have a look at the compact cart shortcodes we have (it maybe helpful for you)
