It was the child albums tag that I forgot.
Can I strongly suggest that this shortcode is added to your main documentation as it is a quite major functionality that many users may be missing out on.
I have just been made aware of a weird issue on my site (www.starsphinx.com) – the add to cart button does not work on phones and tablets. It works fine on PCs and laptops but when visiting the site on a mobile or tablet if you press on “add to cart” it just closes the lightbox going back to the gallery rather than going to the photo details page to choose size/number options.
I am using a proper responsive theme – vantage from site origin – and everything else appears to work. I have tried adding the short code to a widget area to display the cart but that has not altered behaviour of the button on phone/tablet. It does confirm nothing is being added to the cart though.
I have run the other templates – most will display multi galleries but the lightbox does not display properly – the top is cut off – if I set them to not use photo detail page. Template 7 did exactly what 9 and 10 did. However if I had one gallery set to 7 and one to 10 they would display OK although this is still not ideal.
Thats worked. Thank you so much for your help. Loving photo seller its cut my gallery construction time by about 2 thirds.
I have done so and it has still made no difference. I did remove browsing history to make sure I was not loading a cached view and the problem persisted. I also tried the site in both firefox and chrome browsers and the problem was there on both.
I am having the same issue using the vantage theme and page builder from site origin. I have no idea what Z index means or where to add the necessary custom CSS – will it go in the custom CSS section under appearance
