MemberThanks Peter, I would have been looking for the error for ever! Although, I’m not sure why it suddenly changed as, to my knowledge, I haven’t accessed or changed anything in the main settings for a while.
Anyway, as always, your assistance is very much appreciated

MemberHi wzp,
if I select any photo in any of my galleries, I don’t get the hover-over zoom feature.
For example, this image of a glass – I get all the photo details but without being able to magnify:
It’s the same for all images in all galleries
EDIT: To be sure it isn’t a browser issue, I have checked in both Safari and Firefox, and the problem persists in both.

MemberAh, thank you. I misunderstood – I thought I would create several albums, and they would all have a parent page called ‘Albums’, (in the way that my galleries all have a parent page called ‘Gallery’)- it was this that I was looking for.

MemberHi Peter, I have uploaded a few galleries today relating to Travel. I have created an Album called Travel, and included the galleries accordingly, which has generated a page for the album. However, i cannot find an Album Home Page anywhere – am I missing something?
Thanks

Member@Peter, I have responded fully by email, but no luck with the modified plugin – result was exactly as before.

MemberVictoo, I’m glad to know I’m not alone – misery loves company! I have to say that I’m disappointed though, as I thought it was theme related, and someone would be able to give me an easy solution.
I’ve been two weeks trying to set up my site, and I’m almost at breaking point
If you come up with an answer, please let me know. I’m so far out of my comfort zone with this and don’t know which way to turn. Between WordPress, WP Photo seller, my premium theme and my Synology NAS, I have four different support options, and I really don’t know who is able to help with what.

MemberHi Peter,
Thanks, I think I understand and will give it a go in a few days. I have some other areas to complete before I create my gallery but I’m glad to hear it is possible in principle. I’ll get back to you if I get stuck!
Thanks a lot,
Jane

MemberThank you – I knew it must be something simple and obvious, but I probably overlooked that same section about 5 times!

MemberIt has been suggested to me that what I need to do is: upload both file formats, add the .jpg image to the gallery but give it a custom link to the .eps URL.
I can’t figure a way to do this, so would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks

MemberUpdate: I’ve managed to add a link to the .jpg preview via the ‘edit more’ area of the media section, and adding a a link to the .jpg into the description field. This sort of works, in that it shows an image in the gallery but, if I add to cart and then review the cart, I still get a blank thumbnail, so it’s a far from ideal solution.
