My ‘search’ option is returning strange results. I have created a search in two places on my site, as a widget in my footer and as a separate search page. I have uploaded a couple of photos to test the workings and when I search for ‘Smoothie’, one of these images is duly displayed.
However, below it, I am getting a whole list of pages from from my site, and some relating a to theme that I don’t even have anymore, (Symbiostock).
I’ve tried a clean install of the Photo Seller plugin, but it hasn’t changed anything.
Could you please take a look and let me know what I should do? Search for ‘smoothie’ and you will see what I mean:

November 8, 2014 at 6:43 pm #66639victooMemberI’ve been fighting with this most of the day today. Tested on all premium themes I own (including most popular AVADA) on fresh wordpress instalation and on all of them search results page for images looks broken. Sometimetes huge margins or paddings, sometimes other stuff.
Everything works fine on default Twenty Twelve.
November 8, 2014 at 7:29 pm #66640rixieMemberVictoo, I’m glad to know I’m not alone – misery loves company! I have to say that I’m disappointed though, as I thought it was theme related, and someone would be able to give me an easy solution.
I’ve been two weeks trying to set up my site, and I’m almost at breaking point
If you come up with an answer, please let me know. I’m so far out of my comfort zone with this and don’t know which way to turn. Between WordPress, WP Photo seller, my premium theme and my Synology NAS, I have four different support options, and I really don’t know who is able to help with what.
November 8, 2014 at 9:25 pm #66641victooMemberI’m sure we will get some good news from the Staff after the weekend. For now I will stay with Twenty Twelve.
November 9, 2014 at 12:51 am #66642PeterMemberI think I can solve your issue. I will need to get access to your site to try a few things.
I will send you an email.
November 9, 2014 at 12:53 am #66643PeterMemberSometimetes huge margins or paddings, sometimes other stuff.
Can you please give us a link to the search box so we can see the above issue happening?
November 9, 2014 at 9:15 am #66644victooMemberOK, Now I’ve set AVADA THEME, please enter keyword “lato”.
On Firefox/Chrome you need to scroooooll down to see search results.
On IE you don’t need to scroll but it looks like there is some bugs in css

November 11, 2014 at 12:41 am #66647PeterMemberI’ve replied to your email.
I also made another tweak and the search display looks like it works great now. Try it yourself and let me know.
August 19, 2015 at 4:52 pm #66648videos2worshipSpectatorMy search results page looks a little strange, as well. The results are not organized like the photos in the gallery. The page fills the entire screen. Please take a look. Thanks
Here is my search box: [http://worshipslides.com/search/]
August 19, 2015 at 11:43 pm #66649PeterMember1) Go and grab the following plugin:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-custom-css-plugin-6413
2) Then add the following CSS code in the settings of the above plugin:
.wpps-search-page-wrapper{
max-width: 960px;
margin: 0 auto;
