October 25, 2015 at 4:25 pm in reply to: Change default sort order to "Last Name: Ascending" in eMember Profile Extended #71712Linda BellParticipant
Thank you for your assistance!
I’m not sure what you mean by step 7 and step 1…
Here’s the Member list page: [http://www.asmac.org/membership-directory/]
Here’s the Member list page, sorted by last name, ascending: [http://www.asmac.org/membership-directory/?orderby=last_name&order=asc]
When you click on a member’s “Details” it displays the entire directory again – on a new page, in the default sort order – and the member’s detail is at the bottom of the page.
Did I configure something incorrectly? Is there a way to show just the member’s details on the Details page?
FYI: I am using the eMember Form Builder and eMembers Profile Extended addons together to create this directory.

The Details page displays the names in the original sort order again (based on the order in which their accounts were created, rather than by last name) and you must scroll to the bottom of that page to see the member’s details.

It would be nice if it showed that Member’s info only.
October 5, 2015 at 10:38 pm in reply to: eStore itemized sales stats missing one product, yet Total Sales amount is right #71297Linda BellParticipantFor anyone else who runs into this issue (which just happened again) here’s how I fixed the stats:
Login to Cpanel
Go to PHPMYAdmin
Locate the correct wordpress installation (ie,_wor2)
Locate: uuh_wp_eStore_customer_tbl
Insert a record there for the missing customer/transaction. (You may need to get their address info from PayPal.)
For the sales transaction ID, I just copied a previous one and then changed the last letter.
Now the sale shows up in Sales Stats and the total sales amount at the top of the page matches the total of the sales listed at the bottom of the page.

October 2, 2015 at 8:03 pm in reply to: How to use configure Member Profile Extender Addon with Form Builder Addon #71467Linda BellParticipantI do want the custom fields in the member details page. Here’s the problem:
In the Member Profile Extended addon, there are no checkboxes (to “choose” from) for the custom fields that I created with the Form Builder. So I cannot include them when I generate the shortcode.

September 11, 2015 at 3:20 am in reply to: eStore itemized sales stats missing one product, yet Total Sales amount is right #71294Linda BellParticipantIs there a way to manually fix this? I can send you a screenshot. Or, if you’d like me to create a login for you, so that you can take a closer look, I will be happy to do that, too. (I need to solve this soon because my client is curious to see what the Stats page looks like, and it’s “off” by one product at the moment.)
September 10, 2015 at 2:03 am in reply to: eStore itemized sales stats missing one product, yet Total Sales amount is right #71293Linda BellParticipant2 different $50 products were sold (1 ea). But at the bottom of the page – and in the pie chart – it only lists one $50 product. The other is missing. (The total at the top of the page is correct: $100.)
Linda BellParticipantPerfect! I have recommended this plugin to two other clients who have purchased it and LOVE how well it works.
Sorry to ask so many questions, but will I be able to display all of the members on one Member Directory page – and list them alphabetically by last name? I just want to make sure I will be able to create what they are asking for on their website.
Linda BellParticipantWonderful. This is a new client that I am recommending this plugin to.
I just want to make sure they will be able to include a bio/description – I don’t see that in the example.
Linda BellParticipantIs it possible to create a Member Directory that’s viewable to the public that includes a photo and description/bio?
June 2, 2015 at 3:21 pm in reply to: How to smoothly transition members from annual payment to monthly subscription #69774Linda BellParticipantI set up a Test account a month ago and purchased a new membership: a 1 month auto-renewing subscription on PayPal. Then I went into PayPal and cancelled it.
I was happy to see that I was able to continue viewing the “members-only” content for the remainder of the month that I had paid for…. however, when I logged in today (over a month after canceling it) I am still able to view the “member’s only” protected content. (Eek!) Is it because of the “no expiry or until cancelled” setting? Or have I configured something incorrectly?
I need to make sure that only paid subscribers have access to this protected content. Please advise.

THANK YOU!!!
