When you set the value to “No Expiry or Until Cancelled”, it tells the plugin that this membership is on an auto-renewal and it won’t send that “expiry” notification email.
I set up a Test account a month ago and purchased a new membership: a 1 month auto-renewing subscription on PayPal. Then I went into PayPal and cancelled it.
I was happy to see that I was able to continue viewing the “members-only” content for the remainder of the month that I had paid for…. however, when I logged in today (over a month after canceling it) I am still able to view the “member’s only” protected content. (Eek!) Is it because of the “no expiry or until cancelled” setting? Or have I configured something incorrectly?
I need to make sure that only paid subscribers have access to this protected content. Please advise.
Something is wrong with the setup somewhere. I will take a look inside (I have sent you an email for it).
