A customer bought two $50 items in our store today. In STATS > ITEMIZED SALES STATS, it only shows one item sold (only one ID/Product @ $50.) The other is missing. Yet, the TOTAL SALES AMOUNT at the top of the page is correct – it reflects both sales. ($100.)
In Manage Products > Sales Count both products show the correct amount of sales. (One each.)
In Manage Customers, however, it only shows that he bought one item. The other item is missing here, too.
I’m familiar with setting up the eStore (I have purchased your plugin for several clients and set it up for them) but I can’t figure out how to troubleshoot this. Can you please help me?
September 9, 2015 at 11:57 pm #71292adminKeymasterThe itemized stat will always list ONE item per entry. Look at the quantity sold field for that row which will show how many quantity of that item sold.

Or, if you’d like me to create a login for you, so that you can take a closer look, I will be happy to do that, too. (I need to solve this soon because my client is curious to see what the Stats page looks like, and it’s “off” by one product at the moment.)
September 11, 2015 at 7:06 am #71295adminKeymasterI will jump on your site to take a look. I have sent you an email for it.

Login to Cpanel
Go to PHPMYAdmin
Locate the correct wordpress installation (ie,_wor2)
Locate: uuh_wp_eStore_customer_tbl
Insert a record there for the missing customer/transaction. (You may need to get their address info from PayPal.)
For the sales transaction ID, I just copied a previous one and then changed the last letter.
Now the sale shows up in Sales Stats and the total sales amount at the top of the page matches the total of the sales listed at the bottom of the page.
