Hi,
Appreciate your help; while waiting I uploaded version 4.1.4 of stamper, it actually manually stamped twice, without printing any colour onto the document I noticed.
So I went and did another CLICKBANK test, it failed with the same error, I get the error message with no details.
So I went back and tested manual stamp again and it failed again, the error is the WordPress error; Sorry, no entries matched your criteria.
This seems to be a server error to me, don’t really know what to ask host if it is?

I seem to have same issue with Click Bank, strange thing is that the test worked fine the first few times, then it stopped working.
I get the error message with no details now.

I went through both processes above and still could not find the issue in Theme or Plugins.
What I did do is deactivate and reactivate all plugins, this fixed this issue with the above error.

MichaelSpectatorThis is really strange, as I have been selling mp3s for 2 years with your store and never had an issue since the last couple of new versions of IE.
MichaelSpectatorI have all my files on Amazon.
How does one change the system preferences for IE, as some of my clients report IE playing the my mp3 files, rather than downloading them. I have tried zipping files before! if I do that then clients dont know how to unzip, creates a whole new support issue.
With a tutorial on how to change there system preferences in IE might be better.
Dealing with a whole lot of new people who use IE!

I am having trouble when clicking on wpstore download links in emails, I have my files stored at amazon, avi’s, pdf’s and mp3’s.
The download links seen fine for pdf’s, but mp3 download links when clicked on actually open in Quicktime and play, instead of downloading.
This is the url feild that comes up after clicking the link in the email. The download link is reavealed.

Had some time to play around.
As to my previous post about download link not appearing on my download page post payment only when using ie.
I did some more tests : The above fault I noticed only happened when using the new “Enhanced PayPal checkout” using the “Classic PayPal checkout” the link does appear on my download page post payment.
For some reason the other day while I was testing payment process live with IE, PayPal was using the new enhanced checkout, those new enhanced PayPal pages when used, were not putting the download links on my post payment page.
I hope in can get what I am saying!!

Wait!!!
I just did another test today and now the link appears.
The process has changed from yesterday, when test purchasing yesterday the was a different process with ie, (a bit like light box windows were being used for palpal process)
When I did a test purchase just then the light box windows were not in use.

Got the email and have sent the request.
Did various live test transactions, could not quite see what the problem could be.
Double checked PayPal settings and all OK.

Is there any reason why the download link would appear on my post-payment return page using Mozilla Fire Fox, however when I use the dreaded IE, the link does not appear after post payment.

Finally found the issue, it is the plug in (podpress Version 8.8.5.1) that is causing the login issue with e-Member.
Have deactivated the podpress plug in for now, and will workout what to do.
Sorry for wasting your time, Just could could not work out what/which issue was.

Have double checked the settings you have suggested in Manage Levels/Manage Content Protection.
All looks fine, the thing that has confused me is that really no settings have been changed from when I first did the setup about 6 months ago.
1. When I log in as a paid member using the side bar widget it logs me in as a “subscriber”, but the paid content I cannot get access to.
