Hi folks,
For some unexplained reason the cart works again and I have no idea why. I’m just glad it does. ; – )
Thanks for your help… I’ll be back if it breaks again but have had great luck with it over the years.
BTW, On the page that seemed to be creating the error… my sidebar was missing for some reason. Now it is back (don’t know how it left or how it got back) but now that it is back everything works again. Go figure! ; – )
All the Best,
Bill
jbillhMemberYep, I mentioned that in my first post.
jbillhMemberHi Moderator,
Well… it’s not just one page. But this one seems to be where the trouble starts:

Did you watch my little video?
I am not using any caching plugins that I am aware of. That said; maybe something is caching on it’s own?
You can see a screen-shot of my plugins here:

Thanks Much,

jbillhMemberYes, put me on the list too! ; – ) I would like people to see both PayPal’s and Amazon’s pay buttons so they can choose which one they want to use. Thanks Much!
jbillhMemberThanks Mate!
I’m excited to take the ride! ; – )

September 10, 2012 at 10:31 pm in reply to: Error Message on Checkout – Images Not Showing In Cart #49197jbillhMemberIt turned out to be a “permissions” issue.
For some reason when I made some changes on my site it reset my permissions.
Once they were reset to Folders: 755 and Files: 644 it all worked again. Should have checked that before posting here. Sorry for giving you trouble.
Thanks!

Yep, I did both of those things in that order.
Does the code need to be typed a little differently? Is my syntax wrong? I don’t need to update the shortcodes thingy too do I?
Should I try updating it again?
Thanks,
Bill

Hey, this is what I added to my notification email and I did update the program but I still don’t get info about what coupon people used. Did I do something wrong?

Do you see any issues with this or is there something more I need to do?

March 26, 2012 at 7:04 am in reply to: How to add Coupon code used in the notification mail ? #42974jbillhMemberHi Key Master,
I had the same question and would really like that tag available if possible. I use multiple coupon codes and really want to see who is using what just by looking at the notification email. It’s kind of a hassle to go back to the site, login, get to the store and find them etc.
Any chance I could talk you into it? ; – )
Thanks!

February 21, 2012 at 8:11 am in reply to: Password Protect WPeStore Access for a Site Editor? #42064jbillhMemberThanks Peter,
I actually need them to be at Admin level for some of what they will be doing.
Is there another way?
Thanks,
Bill
jbillhMemberTrue, but only because I changed them from the products to the “Better Than Bottled” images you see. Only one product image remains working as it was before.
Maybe my images are just too big? I had to turn off the smart thumbnail option and the light-box option for any images at all to show up (including the current images.) Before I did that all you could see was the ALT Text of each image. I could click on the ALT text and see the full light box image, but that isn’t a good option.
Again, they all worked just fine… until suddenly they didn’t work anymore.
Is there a size limitation? As you can see my products are narrow and tall, not square which seems to be what works best.
Should I make very small square versions of my products to use as thumbnails instead?
Any insights would be appreciated. I really like your program and highly recommend it to everyone I know in the e commerce world.
I was thinking it would be cool if I could also add the PayPal seal to the thumbnail area. Is that doable?
All the Best,
Bill
jbillhMemberAll of my thumbnails have disappeared.
They were there and now they are not there.

Any ideas as to what happened?
I did update WordPress much earlier today but the thumbnails all worked after that.
Thanks,
Bill
