Using the extra shortcode plugin, downloaded latest version, however, when using the shortcode, NOTHING appears in my page.

    [wp_eStore_cart_with_thumbnail]

No product image at all (although assigned) and no thumbnails and no add to cart, nothing. It is as if the extra plugin is invisible. It is active and installed fine.

I also turned off Smart Thumbnail Option (tried it both ways, the same).

I have loaded my images to the media library.

    Any suggestions?

Can you please post a link to the page?

The above shortcode is for showing the thumbnail images of the products in the cart.

Everything looks fine to me. When I clicked the “Add to Cart” button it showed the product in the cart with the thumbnail.

Once thing that I noticed is you are using three shortcodes for displaying the shopping cart on the same page which is confusing.

I don’t see the multiple thumbnails I’ve assigned to that product? On add to cart button page or otherwise????? I want one main image with multiple thumbnails displayed below it, next to the description and add to cart button. Am I barking up the wrong tree?

This page is a /test “test” page….thus the multiple shortcodes. ;)

The multiple images gets displayed in the lightbox. How the pre-configured fancy displays look is shown here:

All of my thumbnails have disappeared.

They were there and now they are not there.

Any ideas as to what happened?

I did update WordPress much earlier today but the thumbnails all worked after that.

    Thanks,

    Bill

When I go to your products page I can see all the thumbnails fine.

True, but only because I changed them from the products to the “Better Than Bottled” images you see. Only one product image remains working as it was before.

Maybe my images are just too big? I had to turn off the smart thumbnail option and the light-box option for any images at all to show up (including the current images.) Before I did that all you could see was the ALT Text of each image. I could click on the ALT text and see the full light box image, but that isn’t a good option.

Again, they all worked just fine… until suddenly they didn’t work anymore.

Is there a size limitation? As you can see my products are narrow and tall, not square which seems to be what works best.

Should I make very small square versions of my products to use as thumbnails instead?

Any insights would be appreciated. I really like your program and highly recommend it to everyone I know in the e commerce world.

I was thinking it would be cool if I could also add the PayPal seal to the thumbnail area. Is that doable?

    All the Best,

    Bill

There is no size limitation. Please duplicate one of these products (for testing purposes only) that use that thumbnail image which wasn’t showing. Then place this product on a test page and post the link to that page so I can see what its doing.

You can make your thumbnail whatever you want so yes you can put PayPal logo in your thubnail. Most people prefer to put the PayPal seal on a sidebar or on the checkout page. This way everyone sort of knows that you use PayPal to securely process the payments.
