Your Instructions for Integration Steps for W3 Total Cache Plugin

Simply add the following 3 lines in the “Rejected Cookies” field of the “Page Cache Settings” menu of the W3 Total Cache plugin and all done:

    ap_id

    cart_in_use

    eMember_in_use

I don’t see any place to add the above. Please let me know the settings to do in the latest W3 Total Cache Plugin

Thanks for sending the update links.

When one clicks on the Signup icon on [https://emoveon.com/affiliates] page to join as an affiliate they are taken to this page:

Q 1. Is it possible to take them to this page which is a fancier sign up page:

Q 2. I understand that when one clicks on the affiliate link their IP address is captured. What happens if they delete all the cookies and then come back to my site directly and make a purchase? Will the affiliate plugin still recognize them coming through the affiliate link?

I tried to download the updates from the links you had emailed me a few days back but the links had expired. May I request you to please resend these links.

    — PLEASE DISREGARD THE ABOVE REPLY. I tried to edit the above reply but it was too late —

Sorry, I think I an not able to explain my issue clearly.

I have created the following 3 different types of memberships and the product page.

    1. “Free membership” expires after 30 days – Created only in eMember

    2. “Monthly membership” – created both in eStore & eMember

    3. “Lifetime membership” – created both in eStore & eMember

    4. “WP Tutorials” which is the product page for the purchase of WP Tutorials. On this page I have the link for the Membership site, so only people purchasing this product can see the membership page.

So far this is how I have protected the pages for paid members:

Each of the six pages is protected both by selecting Monthly membership and the lifetime membership.

Q # 1: AM I CORRECT TO ASSUME THAT YOUR PLUGIN WILL AUTOMATICALLY DETECT THE KIND OF PURCHASE ONE HAS MADE – i.e. whether to give the login access on monthly basis or lifetime basis.

This is how my eMember “Settings” is done.

In eMember – Settings – I have not setup a free membership. If anybody clicks on “Join Now” they are directed to my “Store Page” which is the page I setup in “PAGES/FORMS SETTINGS”: Login Page, Registration Page, Membership Payment/Join Page, After Logout Page – all point to [https://emoveon.com/premium-content/] which is the store page.

So if one clicks on “Join Now” – they will not be going to the “WP Free Members” page, instead they will be directed to eMoveOn.com store page.

Q # 2: As per the above setup for “Join Now” redirect – how can one join the free membership as by clicking “Join Now” they are directed to the Store page as you can see by clicking on Join Now on this page: [https://emoveon.com/wpmembers-home/tutorial]

Is there another way to create a Join Now button – only for this free membership?

I need your help to do this setup.

    Thank You.

Thanks for your reply. I am still quite confused with this membership as it has 6 tabs accessible at different levels. I did not activate the free membership in eMember General settings as I am ONLY offering free 30 days membership support with the purchase of another product called “WP tutorials”.

    My questions are:

Q 1. (a) Do I have to create a free membership in eMember General settings as I had not

    created it?

    (b) If not then please let me know the steps so one can access the first two tabs for

30 days on my membership site. How do they get the login details?

    c) Another possible scenario I am thinking – I have also set a “WP Free Membership”

Free for 30 days in eMember only. Could I Protect this page along with the “WP

Tutorial” page. WP Tutorial page has no expiration so after 30 days one can still log

into this page but will automatically be logged out of the “WP Free Membership”?

    Would this scenario work?

Q 2. For paid membership – there are 6 tabs/pages that can be accessed after one pays for it. My question is – in eStore – Digital Content Details –

    (a) Digital Product URL can be the URL of the main page which is

[https://emoveon.com/wpmembers-home/]. This Members Home page is not protected

but the link is only shown on the Product Page of “WP Tutorials” which is a

    separate product by itself.

or (b) give url of another page which requires login e.g. [https://emoveon.com/wpmembers-

    home/tips-tricks/] for people to login.

Thank you so much for helping me.

    Thank you for your reply.

Sorry to bother you again. There are two products I am selling.

    1. WordPress Tutorials

    2. Membership Support Site for the WordPress Tutorials.

Total Membership Pages/Tabs are six. [https://emoveon.com/wpmembers-home/forum/]

Membership Support Site is only seen by people who buy WordPress Tutorials. This is how I am trying to do the setup.

    1. When one buys the WordPress Tutorial. I want to offer them free 30 days membership with access to the first two tabs only.

    2. After 30 days they can choose to join membership as a monthly member or as lifetime member. When they Join as a Paid member then all the 6 tabs will be visible as a monthly member or as a lifetime member.

I have created two buttons in eStore and two levels of corresponding memberships.

    1. Monthly Membership – Protected all the 6 pages

    2. Lifetime Membership – Protected all the 6 pages

This is what I am facing–

How do I setup the Membership page with all the 6 tabs so when one buys the WordPress Tutorials product they can have access to the first two tabs free for 30 days only???

Do I create another membership level in eMember Only & nothing in eStore which I can call “Free for 30 Days” and choose “Expire After an Interval – 30 days”. How do I connect this membership to their purchase of “WordPress Tutorials” product?

    Thank you for your help.

The Mingle Forum is part of a membership where the customers get 30 days free and after that there is a monthly charge. So the Forum is a protected page.

    Here’s the URL: [https://emoveon.com/wpmembers-home/]

    Thanks.

I setup a Mingle Forum and protected the page as it is part of the paid membership.

Can one click on Profile and change their password and bypass the page protection given by eMember?

    Thanks

    Thanks for your reply.

Can you please let me know if I did this all correctly:

    1. I inserted a buy button image in the PDF and linked it with the buy button image using this code: https://emoveon.com/premium-content/?wp_eStore_add_to_cart=8

Now the buy image is clickable.

    2. As there is no download page – I do not need to create a membership level in eMember??

    3. In eStore: I did not put in url’s for any download page, or any reference no??

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, I am using the “Automatically Create WordPress User” option.

Would this matter in any way that someone registered as an admin. as I have explained in my topic above.

Thank you for your reply. Can your plugin also integrate with “Simple Machines” forum?

    Thanks.

I have eMember, Affiliate and eStore plugins.

On my store page: [https://emoveon.com/premium-content] when I click on the image it opens in a new tab. How can I set for the product name text link to also open in a new tab?

Is there a way to give a free login to a friend for any product?

I will be selling a product which will have a forum or membership site support only for people who have purchased the product. How can I set a forum where members who have purchased a paid product can access it free for 30 days by logging in and then can only access if they pay a monthly fee. If yes, then which forum will integrate the best with your plugin? Will this process be completely automatic?

If one returns a product – how can I stop them from logging back in.
