Further update is that it looks like the users are being updated and the email is being sent so it looks like the message is erroneous. So the problem now is why is that message displaying and how do I stop it?
in51derMemberI should also add that I have checked and double checked that the email addresses have not been used previously and I have deleted and re-installed the plugin as per the instructions here…https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins but still the problem persists.
in51derMemberApologies, I have worked it out…user error I’m afraid (url missing for registration)
in51derMemberJust to add some further detail: I have added the correct number for the membership level in the reference text field on the product details page.
in51derMemberHi There
This appears to be resolved now. I discovered it was a caching issue on the browser and hypercache plugin on the server. Cearing both and the problem has gone away. Maybe a cache mismatch or something but it is working like a dream now. Thanks.
in51derMemberHi
I Have a similar issue. The add to cart function works perfectly in FF but in IE 7 and 8 (on different machines) the link doesn’t add anything to the basket it just says £your basket is empty” with no way of addidng to it…help!
in51derMemberMia culpa…I had the “If checked the digital content will be offered as an anonymous download (the customer won’t know where it is coming from). If Unchecked the buyer will be redirected to the above URL when they click on the encrypted link (useful for video on demand system)” box ticked. Unticked the box and everythings working fine
in51derMemberA further update. I have tried this on two seperate machines with the same issue. It looks as if the link tries to open the pdf rather than save it and also if you right click the link and choose save as the file name is “download.php” so not sure if that is what should be expected. Thanks.
in51derMemberBTW I should add that there is no problem with the file as it opens with no problem but does require a password to open.
