Hi mbrsolution, some things sorted, but I am still having problems. I logged out of the site and bought a monthly membership. The first time I did not get any email, second time I did…these are what I received:

MESSAGE #2
Hi, Your account profile has been updated according to your latest payment.
Please log into your member profile to view the details.
Thank You
Am I too assume that eMember looks to see if I am already in the database and therefore, if I am, does not offer me log in details as I am not a “new” member? If “I am” a new member, it generates the link to take me to create a new account with the payment wrapped up in the link so to speak?

March 27, 2014 at 11:48 am in reply to: Administrator Rights regarding seeing paid content pages #61859Ged BrockieMemberHi thanks for getting back so quickly. I created an admin membership option and used “administrator” in the type of account and added the two other levels but still can’t seem to see the PRO ZONE material.
Could you give me a bit more detail on how to do this specific task please?
Thanks in advance WZP.

Ged BrockieMemberThanks again for your input. I was wanting to sell the pdf on Magzter which formats a pdf into all devices and has a growing customer base. As far as I know, Magzter do not offer pay per view videos options, just pdfs. Anyway, thanks again for your time.

Ged BrockieMemberHi and thank you for the speedy reply. If I am understanding you correctly, you are saying that a pay per view model is best? If so, then I don’t think that will work as it’s the pdf itself that will be sold. If this is the case, looks like I’m going to just have to take my chances with selling the pdf and allowing the links to be handed out and hope for the best… I’ll get the pdf stamper as well which will help in some ways re the pdf.
Thanks

I had the Ultimate WP Filter plugin added. It was really slowing down the site and hiding the inline content for some reason… Might save some of you a hair pulling exercise somewhere down the line.

I have saved the registration page as unprotected, but I still do not get the choose username and password boxes…any other advice? I have also upgraded the emember plugin to the latest version but no luck.
Ged BrockieMemberthanks for getting back and the info.

November 30, 2013 at 12:58 pm in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – video overlay size not displaying correctly #58993Ged BrockieMemberHi so you are saying that lesson 1 (the URL given) works fine on your Firefox? I just tried it again and cleared the cache and it still giving me the “html5: Video file not found” message. Why would I be getting this message?

November 29, 2013 at 6:42 pm in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – video overlay size not displaying correctly #58991Ged BrockieMemberHi there, further to my earlier questions, I have stumbled across another issue and looking for help.
I am using the mp4 shortcode. It plays fine on chrome, IE9, iPhones. The problem is Firefox. The first lesson no longer works in Firefox
[http://www.guitarandmusicinstitute.com/guitar-tuition-beginners-course-lesson-1/]
I get the message html5: Video file not found
however, lesson 2 to 10 work fine in Firefox. I have tried taking out the WP lightbox shortcode for the pdf and the picture gallery but still getting the same message. I am sure that lesson 1 was working a few days ago, but not now.

November 20, 2013 at 6:17 pm in reply to: Lightbox Ultimate – video overlay size not displaying correctly #58988Ged BrockieMemberHi, just to let you know I worked out what the problem was. The videos are playing but not encoded correctly, downloaded H.264 encoder and hopefully all will be well.
I do still want to know why when using the html5 shortcode the resulting pop up window is letterboxed (smallish rectangle) which means maximising to see the whole video…any help greatly appreciated.
