Getresponse not adding new members who sign up through emember

Hi, can anyone help here. I am signed up to getresponse and have added the API to emember. Trouble is, the people signing up are not being added to my getresponse list.

Am I missing something out other than configuring the api in emember?

Hi Ged, please go to eMember settings and enable the debug option. Then do a test signup and then share the content of the debug log file. It will tell use what setup is missing/wrong.
