I actually just installed it not too long ago. it was a fresh install.
I also tried downloading the latest copy and update my plugin (even though it’s already at 7.0.0) it still doesn’t work and it still shows 3 available qty.
November 19, 2013 at 3:49 am in reply to: eStore – Available Quantity not reflecting the right amount #58968FrancisMemberYes I have, I’ve entered 3 Available Copies and 3 on Sales Count so that should say that it’s out of stock right? But it’s still showing me 3 available quantity
May 4, 2013 at 6:34 am in reply to: eMember – Member Record is not Updated with Manual Checkout #55406FrancisMemberGuys, sorry let me consolidate everything into one post:
I now have chosen Manual Checkout #3 method (order management plugin):
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
1. Setup as required and added the proper settings.
2. Do I still need to turn on “Manually Approve Member Registration”?
3. Will the usernames appear or do I still need to send the registration complete (via admin functions)?
4. What other steps do I need to do to make sure that paid members have active status?
May 4, 2013 at 6:18 am in reply to: eMember – Member Record is not Updated with Manual Checkout #55405FrancisMemberGot it fixed, I had to redownload the addon and post it back up. One more question: Do I need to check this: “Manually Approve Member Registration”? If I have this check and use the order management will it conflict?
May 4, 2013 at 3:13 am in reply to: eMember – Member Record is not Updated with Manual Checkout #55404FrancisMemberI don’t see a manual co unpaid…. I only see pending… anything I missed?
May 4, 2013 at 2:25 am in reply to: eMember – Member Record is not Updated with Manual Checkout #55403FrancisMemberWith the order management (manual checkout #3 method), does it update everything automatically once the status is set to paid?
April 29, 2013 at 10:41 am in reply to: eMember – FREE users get free membership by affiliate #55247FrancisMemberLike instead of an affiliate earning cash from each sale they convert, what we’d like is to have them earn credits or points which we can convert into products.
FrancisMemberI’m having issues placing it on my sidebar… It doesn’t work.
FrancisMemberThis is the difficult part, I only have 1 paypal account… How can I test sending myself a payment?
FrancisMemberAlso, how can I check if the customer has received the email with the sandbox mode?
FrancisMemberHi, I sent and received my own email. however my log is empty?
FrancisMemberHi guys, I was able to fix the jquery errors. Thank you for pointing that out. Fixing it however didn’t fix my problem on having the ajax subscribe form on the sidebar. Anything else you recommend?
FrancisMemberHi, it’s all working now, except the sidebar ajax which I’d like to have. my website is GangVentures.com. If you click on any link you should see the sidebar with the form, but it doesn’t work with ajax.
FrancisMemberOh I was able to resolve it! I changed my site from sub domain to domain and the settings didn’t change but it’s all working now. I also get 1 email for each one now.
The only problem I have now is the ajax form for my side bar doesn’t work. I would like to have some sort of subscribe in exchange for a free file.
December 12, 2012 at 8:34 pm in reply to: Client not getting the Product Specific Instructions #52241FrancisMemberThank you for that, it’s working now. I also want to ask another thing. On certain occasions, my clients didn’t receive the email after the purchase. I wasn’t sure what caused it, is there a way for me to check where the error is? And If I used the email I’m using to send mass emails, does this affect the sales email? I’ve asked them to check their spam / junk but it’s not there too.
