October 14, 2011 at 1:56 am in reply to: Auto-Upgrade issue? – Membership level not upgrading #37422DMartinMember
I am having the same problem. Just started happening now and each night the membership level disappears! Some pretty irate customers who I have sent emails to saying all sorted, having reset their membership to right level, only to find new emails in my inbox he following morning saying that their membership level is empt and content is restricted.
Really need a solution ASAP. Thanks
DMartinMemberI just updates to the latest version of Affiliate Platform and activating gave the message as above
The plugin generated 344 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
Do I need to download it again or is this a minor issue that is no worry – the plugin appears to be working but I want to be sure nothing else will be affected by the issue.
The site is http://www.studythebiblenow.com
DMartinMemberThats great. I just want to say how impressed at how thorough your development of your plugins is!
DMartinMemberWp estore plugin
DMartinMemberyes, i have done all of the above. I guess it must be a css issue with the theme i am using. Strange that one code would work (compact login) and not another though?
DMartinMemberHi, Thanks, but I am still having the same problem with compact login viewing correctly but full login form not showing?
Is it not possible to have several instances of the eMember widget allowing it to be inserted on different sidebars/footers etc?
DMartinMemberCan I remove the profile picture bit from the profile page? This appears to be the only place where I am experiencing problems so I could just remove the picture upload area from the profile page, leaving the rest? Is there code in the template that creates this page that cam be tweaked?
DMartinMemberOk, it appears to be the theme that the profile upload doesnt work with. Is there any workaround you cam suggest? I am committed to the theme I am using because of several othr functionalities habit offers. Is here any easy workaround that might allow the image area to work, or if not, how can I remove it from the profile page altogether?
DMartinMemberi now have the latest version of emember running on the site but the problem persists. I cannot remove or add any pics in the profile area
DMartinMemberOn the paid subscription the fancy2 box shows a price of 0.00 if I do not put a price in the regular price section. Obviously I want a price to show, but if I just fill in the subscription section alone as I said, it shows 0.00?
If I put $40 in the regular price section aswell as fill our subscription details the price of $40 shows as part of product description display which is what I would like. Will this cauise problems with check out and payment?
Thanks for the info on the free level by the way, thanks
DMartinMemberOK, I have now done a test using just a single product rather than a compound product and the system is working with no problems.
It appears that only packaged products (eg: where the product contains item 33,34,35,36 etc) are causing the problem.
I could make the packaged products a single ZIP file if that’s the only way to solve it, but obviously this makes the PDF stamper capabilities impossible to use on the packaged products.
My hosting is with Rackspace, they use Plesk as their platform
DMartinMemberHere is the debug log for the payments I have just made. I have already received several emails for each transaction
[admin deleted debug info]
DMartinMemberI spoke to the hosting guys and they said their was a statement in their log saying
“f open” in regards to estore plugin.
The guy thought that switching off ‘php safe’ mode may rectify the situation but it has not. I tried taking off the return thank you page functionality, and using wordpress to send the email, but I am still getting multiple emails. I will speak to the hosting guys again, but this is really problematic. Would t have anything to do with the pdf stamper possibly?
DMartinMemberTHis is the debug log. If you have any suggections about how I should proceed to correct this problem I would be most appreciative.
The actual transaction was made on 4 Nov 2010
