December 1, 2019 at 1:02 pm in reply to: Need to offer a subscription coupon for just the first payment only #65135
Is there a way to use coupons on subscription payments being made with Stripe? Or to use the subscription coupon add on if we’re using Stripe with WP eStore? We’re wanting to use the affiliate ID as the coupon (I saw your posts on that) but we’re finding that coupons don’t usually work on subscription payments? Thanks.
November 29, 2019 at 2:53 pm in reply to: WP estore and WP membership joint use – why Buy Now button? #80077So there is no way to have a subscription item that goes to a cart page? Even if it’s a non-recurring subscription?
We’d like to give a customer the option to purchase a small business membership per business entity, but turning on the quantity field for that product/membership doesn’t show up on the checkout page since it skips the cart.
The Company Info area of the Receipt Creator is not displaying well on the PDF receipt.
Even in the settings itself, it displays like this:
CryptoTaxAudit.com \\r\\nA service of Donnelly Tax Law \\r\\nSave a PDF of this receipt as your proof of purchase and record the \\\\\\\’Transaction ID\\\\\\\’ as your membership number. This number must be provided when you initially contact us for any help within your crypto tax audit defense membership.
All these lines show up where I want a paragraph break and it shows up on the PDF as well. The logo as well displays horribly and all squooshed.
Is there a way to get the company info to not show these lines but display well? Thanks.
November 27, 2019 at 4:34 pm in reply to: Registration process after purchase for an existin user on eMember.. #48729Is there a way to have verbiage at check out that says ‘if you’re already a member, please log in’ and that if they’re already logged in, it instead reads that they’re logged in? But the product can be visible to everyone. I want to make sure that current members of a certain membership level log in when purchasing so it stays with one account, but right now the verbiage is confusing and makes it look like they’re not logged in already when they are. Thanks.
November 26, 2019 at 6:13 pm in reply to: WP estore and WP membership joint use – why Buy Now button? #80075I have two, separate recurring memberships available to purchase through Stripe. And I have the links and buttons all set up for that. But I would like them to go to a cart page so that the customer can purchase both memberships in their cart / one shopping experience. Is that possible? Or does that mess up how they register and can have one account with multiple memberships? We have it set up for that right now. Thanks.
November 26, 2019 at 1:01 pm in reply to: Registration process after purchase for an existin user on eMember.. #48727Another question – going with the one membership per user structure, how can I make sure that if someone who already signed up for individual audit defense the upgrades, that what they paid before is credited towards the cost of the new membership they’re upgrading to? Is that possible or difficult because of the annual expiration/renewal date varying? Do I need to direct those individual members to a different priced version of the upgrade? Thanks.

November 20, 2019 at 10:53 am in reply to: Registration process after purchase for an existin user on eMember.. #48724I’m confused as to which is best to use for my site: multiple paid membership levels per user/member account or feature our second service (membership level) as an upgrade.
The scenario is this:
– we have an individual audit defense service (annual subscription, automatically renewing via Stripe). Having this membership is required to purchase the small business audit defense.
– the small business audit defense can only be purchased once the individual membership is purchased. We don’t necessarily need two welcome pages or separate content per membership, BUT we need to make sure that if someone lets their individual membership expire, they lose access to their business membership as well.
So which is best to go with? Multiple membership levels in one account or feature the business membership as an upgrade? Tips on how to set up either will be much appreciated. I’ve already read your articles on how to use multiple memberships per user and how to create payment buttons for membership upgrade or renewal (that one also confuses me some – how do we structure if we want to provide in their user account the ability to renew membership AND ‘upgrade’ to the business membership?)
Thank you.
November 20, 2019 at 9:29 am in reply to: Creating Pass Thru Affiilate Links for External Site #22766Hello. I have two different websites on different domains. The DonnellyTaxLaw.com is the parent company and soon we’re launching CryptoTaxAudit.com. On the DonnellyTaxLaw.com we already have the WP Affiliate Platform configured and working with WooCommerce for a handful of products and services.
On CryptoTaxAudit.com we’re going to have two new services (annual renewing memberships with WP eMember) offered and processed for payment through WP eStore. We have the affiliate platform plugin also installed here but it’s not configured yet.
I want to know if there’s a way for affiliates from DonnellyTaxLaw.com to maintain the same affiliate ID for CryptoTaxAudit.com. Is there a way to monitor everything from one site, the main parent company site?
Thank you.
I got your email and the license key that you manually reset, but when I entered it, it said “License Key is Invalid. Reached maximum allowable domains.”
We are not using this plugin on our other site, DonnellyTaxLaw.com, or anywhere else. So we would really like to be able to reactivate it on this new site, CryptoTaxAudit.com and get use out of it.
Thanks for the help!
Hello, I also bought the WP Payment Gateway Bundle but can’t find a license key which it’s asking for now that I’ve installed it on my site. Can you please send the license key? Thank you.
You’re right – the 4th view option works and looks way better. I appreciate the help. Thank you.
Sorry about that. Here you is the URL:donnellytaxlaw.com/affiliate-portal/.
I’ve set it to automatic approval so you can test it out as soon as possible. Let me know. Thanks!
