Hi I’m getting a similar error to this.

I’ve just today downloaded and installed the gateway bundle to add Sagepay to the website.

The error appears to occur in 2 parts

1) When the sagepay form is submitted there is an error message on the intermediate processing order/transfer page (below the text and image which both display without an issue). The message states:

Warning: mcrypt_encrypt() [function.mcrypt-encrypt]: The IV parameter must be as long as the blocksize in /home/activati/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-payment-gateway/lib/sagepay/wp_pg_sagepay_class.php on line 67

2) Then the next page loads and the second error message is displayed:

This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

Status: MALFORMED

Status Detail: 3045 : The Currency field is missing.

I am running estore 7.1.6

gateway bundle 1.9.8

wordpress 3.6

The transaction has been tried in both live and test mode via sage pay. And has also been run live and in sandbox/test mode in the plugins (together and separately) and the same error occurs.

Just a quick update. We’re collecting the debug info but all transactions are going through correctly at the moment (which is great!). Maybe it was just a glitch for some reason. We’ll report back here with the debug info if/when an incorrect transaction occurs.

Hi, I can confirm there are no kinds of profile based shipping configured and active in the PayPal account.

Thanks for your quick reply I don’t currently have direct access to the paypal account so will go back to the site owner and check and then reply here. I don’t recall any such settings at the time we set up the system but maybe something has changed.

Did this tweak work? Just started noticing it on some receipts recently. Though very oddly this is not occurring on every transaction that takes place (maybe 1 in 20) and when this does happen it displays an unrelated fixed amount for the Postage & Packaging!

(note: it doesn’t add the amount twice but displays it twice)

Hey support.

Seem to be having trouble integrating GR into the site.

Our aim is to have 2 products in the shop (1 free membership and 1 paid membership (recurring monthly payment) and when a new member signs up their email is added to the relevant getresponse list we have created.

Using eMember have checked box added GetRespons campaign name (without @getresponse.com) added API key saved and updated options. But this is not passing the member sign up email to getresponse.

Have also added GetResponse details into eStore ‘Autoresponder settings’ fields and tested but emails are not being passed to get response.

Have also tried adding listname to Autoresponder settings field in add/edit product page but this does not pass the email to get response.

We’ve followed the instructions on the tips n tricks site but cannot get the integration working. Could you please advise how to get the integration working.
