I have been testing my eMember site and when I register for the free membership (the only one available at the moment) the sign up process works fine but the new signup does not appear in my Getresponse account.
I have put in the Getresponse campaing name and my API Key but still no new signups in the GR account.
Perhaps I am missing something.
Thanks
Mike
January 12, 2011 at 6:31 pm #27690Judith TramayneMemberI doubt if you’re missing something. I thought it had something to do with having a confirmed opt-in. It wouldn’t show in Get Response until the member confirmed.
But I too am having problems with emember and GetResponse not recognizing my test member.
So hopefully someone will answer are two questions/posts.

January 13, 2011 at 11:49 pm #27692Judith TramayneMemberNot on mine – I turned confirmation opt-in off.

January 14, 2011 at 12:18 am #27694Judith TramayneMemberFor individual products or members who purchase for GetResponse integration, am I supposed to put:
campaignname
or
campaignname @getresponse.com
In the directions for products your example is the second choice but in the directons for the autoresponder settings in eMember, you’re saying it’s the first way.
You can see why I’m a little confused.

campaignname
Aweber needs a @aweber.com at the end.

Seem to be having trouble integrating GR into the site.
Our aim is to have 2 products in the shop (1 free membership and 1 paid membership (recurring monthly payment) and when a new member signs up their email is added to the relevant getresponse list we have created.
Using eMember have checked box added GetRespons campaign name (without @getresponse.com) added API key saved and updated options. But this is not passing the member sign up email to getresponse.
Have also added GetResponse details into eStore ‘Autoresponder settings’ fields and tested but emails are not being passed to get response.
Have also tried adding listname to Autoresponder settings field in add/edit product page but this does not pass the email to get response.
We’ve followed the instructions on the tips n tricks site but cannot get the integration working. Could you please advise how to get the integration working.
Thanks very much.
