1) No

3) OK
casstysonMemberApparently this issue went away on its own. If it comes back, I’ll do that.
casstysonMemberMakes sense. That should do it.
Thanks!
casstysonMemberTo clarify, I really want the content restricted until after the recurring payment goes through. Is that possible?
casstysonMemberI also am delivering fresh content each month, and will use auto upgrade with a new page for each month’s content. But if I understand correctly, the drip feature releases the content not based on payment received, but on time passed. IOW, if recurring billing is set for 30 days, but the fresh content is available after 28, the new content could be visible to the auto-upgraded member 2 days before their payment hits.
Or am I over complicating things?
casstysonMemberI had the same exact issue. I took a cue from the above post, and did two things:
First I tried just re-saving the Pages/Forms settings page. That didn’t do it.
Then I unchecked the “Enable After login Redirection” and saved, then I came back in and rechecked it and saved again. That still didn’t solve it.
Then I went back into Pages/Forms settings and deleted the page I had under “After Login Page:” and saved. Then I went back in, and pasted the same exact page URL in again, and saved again. That did it. Login redirection now works as it should.
Gremlins for sure…
casstysonMemberExcellent post, thanks for that. I’ve been building sites in WP for 2 years now, and I never really thought about it that way.
It appears eStore was the wrong product in my case. It looks like I will be able to use eMember to manage my subscriptions and protect pages. I have to test it, but apparently all I have to do is tell PT all pages are public and not protected.
I’ll post over in the eMember area with my findings.
Thanks again!
