I second this request.
Today Dwolla announced that transactions under $10 will be free to buyer and seller. This is killer!
casstysonMemberNo, just one membership level. Would the log files help? I have had debug enabled for a month or so.
November 7, 2011 at 2:36 pm in reply to: Affiliate login redirects to emember home page not affiliate page #38204casstysonMemberHappily, this seems to have solved the problem! Thanks!
Now I have a new issue, relating to user interface. Will create a fresh topic…
casstysonMember“Login Restriction by IP Address” is blank.
“Enable Secondary Membership” is enabled.
Upgrading to latest plugins shortly, we’ll see if that makes a difference.
casstysonMemberI trust the passwords don’t have to be the same, right?
casstysonMemberWell, heck – what if the WP/emember username has a dash (or some other character) not supported by the affiliate plugin? Kind of hard for them to use the same username…
casstysonMemberYes. That’s why I included “This is in spite of being in good standing via Paypal.” in my first post…
casstysonMemberMakes sense… So is there a way to fill in the affiliate username field for them automatically on the registration form, to make sure they use the same username? They will be logged into emember when they register…
Or if not, where would I add a prompt to that effect?
November 5, 2011 at 8:13 pm in reply to: Customers are not being moved from prospects to customers list in aWeber. #38162casstysonMemberSounds like you’re setup correctly in emember. Did you set up an Aweber automation rule?
Login to Aweber, go to My lists -> Automation. Create a new rule with “Unsubscribe from List A when lead subscribes to List B”
casstysonMemberAnd what would happen if an existing user creates an affiliate id using a different email address and/or different paypal email address (which I have made mandatory)? Will they still be logged in to affiliate system when they login to emember?
Thanks!
casstysonMemberOK, I turned this on because I think it makes sense going forward. I also activated “Automatically Log into Affiliate Account” so they don’t have to login again.
What I don’t understand is how pre-existing members will experience this. The first time they click the affiliate menu link, they’ll be forced to register, right? Will they thereafter be automatically logged in or will they always have to login separately to the affiliate area?
casstysonMemberStill hoping for an automated way to remind subscribers their subscription is at risk. Any chance of that? Got a workaround suggestion?
casstysonMemberI’m using “No Expiry or Until Cancelled.”
casstysonMemberOK, file sent. Look forward to your response.
casstysonMemberThe file by this name under the emember directory is empty. I assume I should be looking under the estore directory…?
If so, this is the only thing odd about the log for an example transaction that failed:
SUCCESS :Subscription cancellation IPN received… nothing to do here(handled by the subscription IPN handler)
This is for a valid subscription. The system tried to bill on Sept 5, then again on Sept 10, then again on Sept 15, when it worked. Does that help?
Anyway, I’m not sure where to send the file. I’ll see if I can figure that out.
