The person in the video works for me and I am certain that it it the correct email- and the tests do not log the action she is making. Please help
ok, started going through the steps and it actually seems to work for me- here is the log results

I️ asked the user to explain what they were experiencing and I️ went into their profile and Changed the email to my personal email, then I️ tried to reset and it didn’t work. I️ tried several times

no sir, specifically, I have a few instructors that are under me, that have member accounts, and id like to give them access to affiliate center. I didn’t see a place in profile to also give affiliate access without them creating a new account, any ideas on what I can do?
