Question about emember and WPaffiliate user integration

Good Morning, is there a way to set it so that an member can use the same username and pass to access the affiliate center?

Are you wanting to automatically signup & login members as affiliates?

• WP eMember –> Settings –> General Settings –> Automatically Create Affiliate Account –> Checked

   

• WP eMember –> Settings –> General Settings –> Automatically Log into Affiliate Account –> Checked

   

Otherwise, there is nothing preventing anyone from signing up as an affiliate, using the same user name & password as their eMember account; unless it is already taken.

no sir, specifically, I have a few instructors that are under me, that have member accounts, and id like to give them access to affiliate center. I didn’t see a place in profile to also give affiliate access without them creating a new account, any ideas on what I can do?

How about this…

1. Create a membership level called “Auto Affiliate” or something similar.

    

2. WP eMember –> Settings –> General Settings –> Automatically Create Affiliate Account –> Checked

    

3. WP eMember –> Settings –> General Settings –> Limit Account Creation to Particular Levels Only –> (Membership Level ID number associated with Step 1.)

    

4. Add only those instructors, you want to be affiliates to the membership level, created in Step 1.

    

The next time only those particular instructors log into eMember, an affiliate account with an Affiliate ID and password, matching their eMember account will be created.

Optionally, you can also automagically sign them into their affiliate accounts by also adding this setting…

WP eMember –> Settings –> General Settings –> Automatically Log into Affiliate Account –> Checked
